Purchased 2 gift cards and a gentleman helped me checking out. I specifically mentioned that pls load the two cards separately and was waiting for him to provide me with 2 separate gift receipts or just separate receipts so that I can attach them to each gift card. However he just gave me a receipt with both items showing. I requested him to give me SEPARATE receipts but he said that he can’t as he charged me all together. Not a considerate service at all.

I usually enjoy visiting Starbucks, and the staff here are friendly and do their best. However, the management really needs to improve scheduling. There are never enough people working, and it takes a long time to get even a simple order because the team is constantly overwhelmed. It’s not the employees’ fault—they’re working hard—but better staffing and organization would make a huge difference.

The lady Gha is very famous on google reviews ! Her attitude is super bad ! No customer service skill at all !
Service was terrible by the lady name of Ahanada (I mispelled the name for sure). Lady of what it seems like Persian decent. Monday, Nov 3rd 2025. Around time of 10am. Extremely rude and coffee made by her was not that good. Not a good way to start off my day and most likely won’t be coming back to this location

I am owner of a mechanic shop across the road and been coming to this Starbucks since they open over 15years ago the staff is great and they are hardworking to give the best service, the New Manager is awful she treats the staff very poor and is very rude with customers, I am proceeding to give Starbucks a formal complaint on the manager at this location.
