We’re very disappointed in the service here at Starbucks Loblaws. We were sure that it closed at eight which is correct and we came out around 730 and were told we cannot get our drinks because it takes her a very long time which we understand but it’s very disrespectful the way she was saying it. She was screaming at a few girls and making us feel disrespected and considering we are paying customers makes us consider coming back. We will not tolerate disrespect.

Great experience today! I originally asked for soy milk, but they were out. The server (who seemed a little nervous) kindly explained and asked what other milk I’d like instead. She handled it really well, made my drink perfectly, and it was still delicious. She did a great job — keep it up! 👏☕️ too bad I didn’t catch her name though..

Placed a mobile order for a food item and waited around 10 minutes before asking the employee if they could start on my order. Keeping in mind there was absolutely no one in line and the employee looked to be eating her lunch and did not have the common sense to acknowledge and ask me if I was waiting on anything.

This is the location that I live closest to. It was my second time ordering from here and today I was served by Alyssa and she was friendly and made my order so promptly!
First time coming to this location with my usual order. Though I found the waiting time is longer, the barista really took the time to handcraft my drink to my liking. This is something very important to me and I truly appreciate it. The same cup of ice latte taste so much better than other stores. Love it here! Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I waited over 30 minutes just for a simple coffee—completely unacceptable! The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency. If they were short-staffed, they should have at least informed customers about the wait time instead of making us stand around wondering what’s going on. Poor service and a waste of time. I definitely do not recommend this location!

The environment in the store is also great, with a simple and stylish decoration style and relaxing music, which makes people feel very relaxed. The waitress was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to recommend new products to me, and patiently asked about my taste preferences. Overall, I am very satisfied with this experience and give it a five-star rating! ”
