Placed a mobile order and I went in at the expected ready time in the app. I noticed they were quite busy filling a multiple drink order so I stood off to the side as there was a slippery floor caution sign right in front of the drink pick up area. Heard the barista mention my name is up after another persons drink. Waited nearly 15 mins, expecting to hear my name once complete. The barista was busy conversing with their coworkers when I decided to check and saw my drink was actually ready. Skip to an half hour later, found the hot protein latte was curdling and undrinkable.

The manager here JC is incredible! Always goes out of his way to make sure everything is exactly as ordered! Refuse to go to any other location! Thank you so much JC!

Great customer service at the drive-thru. The asian man with glasses working at the drive-thru this afternoon was friendly and welcoming. My drink was made perfectly, and thank you for the generous cup of whipped cream for my passenger! Would definitely go to this location again.

Surya alone gets this location 5 stars. Visited on Christmas Day. The most cheerful and kind individual we’ve encountered in a while in any kind of establishment. Very rare to have an employee like her these days.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for the past couple of years and have always appreciated the quality of service and consistency. However, my recent experience on Sunday afternoon was disappointing.
The male staff member working the drive-thru was unfriendly and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. He also ignored my simple request for a straw. I’ve noticed that the weekend staff at this location have become less courteous.

Came in near closing and the East Asian lady at the counter loudly yelled “we are closed, we are closed”. She was so loud that even the other staff looked uncomfortable and tense. A polite response or simply locking the doors would have been more professional. A little courtesy in these situations would make the customer experience much better. Never visiting this branch again!

Pathetic customer service. Went in at 10:20 pm to find out that they were closed. Thats fine if they were closed but the person at the register probably the manager (some east asian lady) was extremely rude and yelled at us that the store is closed. Very disappointed with the behaviour. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !

The only reason I am not giving full stars is specifically because of an employee there with the name “Lee”. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over 8 yrs and everyone I’ve encountered was pleasant except for her. Very rude and has an attitude problem. Never seen her smile.

Asked for a coffee and they gave me worst coffee .. and cold .. hot coffee should be atleast lune warm not cold , never buying again from here , bad service

The staff in the drive thru are rude, literally throwing the drinks and food at you to rush you along. Then I drive off and find that my coffee is full of cream, literally white in colour when I ordered a light splash of cream. It even tells them on the sticker (1/4”). They either don’t know what 1/4” means or they simply don’t care. Given how my order was launched at me today, it’s likely the latter.
