Everything here is amazing except the valentines cake pop. Never ever ever make this ever again, throw out the ingredients of that disgusting chocolate paste or whatever that madness was that I just had in my mouth. I’m sorry but I am just warning others. Keep it the same with em polar bear cake pops and birthday cake pops since they make sense to have and don’t have that bad taste. Don’t get me wrong I love chocolate but yall did your valentines cake pop dirty. Can’t even believe I paid 3.75 C for that. Please consider my speech of action towards my argument, because when I decided to pop that cake in my mouth I gaged, when I normally don’t. Everything else is top notch!

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks today. I waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes before anyone even took my order. Eventually, I had to drive up to the window myself just to get help. If a location knows it gets that busy, proper staffing should already be in place.
To make things worse, after finally ordering, I was told to park my car somewhere and either wait or circle back again because they were behind. That’s not reasonable when the delay wasn’t communicated earlier and wasn’t caused by the customer.
I usually expect better organization and efficiency, and this experience was honestly frustrating and disappointing.
The service was amazing. I wanted light ice and I didn’t get it at my first order, but after I told them they gave me new one immediately. Super kind and nice staff

I rarely go to Starbucks but I only went here because I got a gift certificate. This is a late review from last Spring but I just wanted to say that the staff there were very friendly, patient, kind and welcoming. I bought a grill cheese sandwich and got some cookies that were very tasty.

I ordered a GRANDE Peppermint mocha for pickup. I had my friend pick it up in a tray (as we had multiple orders) while i waited in the car so I didn’t feel the weight of the cup. But when I got home THE CUP WAS ONLY HALF FULL. I paid for a grande, and received a tall in a grande cup. Extremely disappointed in this service. When i pay for Grande I EXPECT A FULL CUP NOT HALF A CUP.

If I can give 0 start I would. The staff Don’t know how to make a coffee, put dirty ketchup packets under my wrap. I did not find it until I finished the wrap. Why??
17 minutes of waiting in drive thru for tea with milk. Which was thrown away, they got the order wrong.

They really need to improve on their accuracy for the orders. 4/5 they gave me incorrect items!!! These were all drive through experiences and they screwed up my orders such as giving me an unsweetened drink when I asked for 4x syrup, soy based latte became milk base, once they even confirmed my order to be a green tea lemonade and NOT the peach one but still ended up giving me the peach one. The reason y I finally got irritated cuz this morning they even screwed up my food order. I ordered a cheese sausage sandwich and I drove away with a bacon egg wrap?!?! Not blaming on the order taker cuz I checked the label on the drink and food and they were all correct! Please make sure you guys get the items correct I don't wanna be disappointed again leaving with with I don't want!

I placed a mobile order through the drive-thru for a regular Iced Americano with blonde roast, and asked to have it in my personal cup. But when I tried it, it tasted sweet—as if syrup had been added. I ended up parking and going inside to ask for a remake. However, the partner didn’t use a measuring cup for my personal cup, and the remake wasn’t made with blonde roast either.
I didn’t catch his name, but it was the tall blond male partner. I believe in situations like this, an apology should come first. I didn’t have time to get it remade again, and his attitude—without any apology—left me feeling frustrated, so I just said I’d take it as it was and left. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

Ordered through Uber Eats, they didn’t have the charcuterie snack box and never called to let me know it’s out of stock or even mark it sold out on the app. Told me it’s all 3rd party & uber has to deal with it… is it not starbucks job to let their customers know when they don’t have an item, mark it off on the app as sold out so customer gets a refund or to call to see if they’d like anything else? If I didn’t call them, they would have never called me…every other location I’ve been to has called to let me know if something is out of stock & if I’d like a replacement. Very unprofessional and rude supervisor “Emma”.
Will not be coming back to this location.
