Absolute of a nightmare of a Starbucks!!!! I came in to make an order and had to wait for about a half hour!!!! After asking a barista for her to take my order she responded with “we’re busy as you can see…” what kind of response is that? I recommended just not coming here altogether because of the unprofessionalism as well as the extreme wait time! As well as the Asian lady infront of me got exceptional service, but when, me, the Canadian, walked in all service went down the toilet.

This drive through line is incredibly slow. At 7pm on a Saturday, a relatively slow time, i waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me.

It’s hit or miss with service when you go to this Starbucks. Sometimes it’s really good and other times it is a complete joke.
It happens more often than not that the service is subpar. Would recommend just doing a mobile order rather than going in to order.

Horrible service during the weekend, specially if you order through mobile app, which supposed to be ready faster but nope, it takes them 30 mins to get your simple pike brew coffee ready and on top of that they will give you attitude!
Starbucks is known for its consistency, but this particular location has not met those standards. I have visited three times, and each time the latte has tasted exceptionally weak, with the milk having a watery texture. It feels more like drinking an Americano than a coffee latte.
During my most recent visit, I returned my coffee and informed the staff that it did not meet my expectations. I explained how it should be prepared, and they subsequently provided me with a cappuccino instead. Additionally, I observed the staff member touching his hair and glasses while preparing my drink, which I found disgusting.

This is a busy location with drive-thru. I came at 4 pm and ordered a refresher and cookie; I had to wipe down the table with lots of crumbs prior to sitting.
It made sense after an hour of sitting that they do not clean when there's downtime.
