I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered coffee with a friend and met an old woman who looked very impatient. I asked if the flat white had sugar, but she asked me what size I wanted. I asked again. After asking my question once, she said yes. Later, I helped my friend order a cup of mango dragonfruit lemona without ice. She said she couldn’t do it because all the drinks have ice. She kept repeating. Finally, I said that my friend wanted Green tea Frappucino, and she kept repeating that she couldn’t do without ice. Then we stood nearby and saw that she had a very good attitude towards the other three customer service staff. I was really speechless to the extreme. I will not go to this store again next time. Do you recommend it?

Asked for a iced blonde flat white and got a hot one; he corrected it but it was a grande with one shot instead of the normal 3.
There was a big line so I got out before we even realized.

I had amazing service when I came, this is my go to Starbucks location now. Especially the baristas Kelvin and Mitchell, they make my day so much better whenever I see them as my servers. They deserve a raise for the drinks that they make for me.
