Someone meddles with their drinks and of course all the novices and physically and mentally challenged employees could not care less.
Don't employ sickly people, Starbucks. And check your In-Store practices for those who sabotage and spoil the goods.

The Starbucks store manager “Filomela“ is really rude and unprofessional, with a terrible attitude. The other staff are all very nice. I honestly don’t understand how Starbucks hired someone like this as a manager. How can someone with such poor manners be a store manager?

Worse Starbucks .. always half a cup.. I don’t understand why??!! Late for online orders , send half a cup by uber and half a cup of I pick up !!! What’s the heck?!! We pay a lot for it!!!

We have ordered a venti americano, turns out give us a grande one, we ask for remake, one white female barista told to just put it in the venti cup and add more water and ice. Just no comment to this service.

Asked for skim milk, made with 2% and a drop of coffee. Asked for more coffee and wouldn't give me espresso but a drop of brewed lol. I paid for sweet milk.

Tough girl

I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered coffee with a friend and met an old woman who looked very impatient. I asked if the flat white had sugar, but she asked me what size I wanted. I asked again. After asking my question once, she said yes. Later, I helped my friend order a cup of mango dragonfruit lemona without ice. She said she couldn’t do it because all the drinks have ice. She kept repeating. Finally, I said that my friend wanted Green tea Frappucino, and she kept repeating that she couldn’t do without ice. Then we stood nearby and saw that she had a very good attitude towards the other three customer service staff. I was really speechless to the extreme. I will not go to this store again next time. Do you recommend it?

Our order was made wrong, asked for a Java chip frappe and got a mocha cookie crumble instead

Asked for a iced blonde flat white and got a hot one; he corrected it but it was a grande with one shot instead of the normal 3.

There was a big line so I got out before we even realized.
