Love the baristas there. The manager is great and so helpful. She is fast and efficient with the orders. They always have my drink on point. I really prefer to go to them for my special drinks. Locate in the historic Unionville Main Street, the store is great for grabbing a coffee or hot beverage and some snack while visiting or commuting through the area. Staff are very friendly. Proper parkings are located in the back especially for those who plans to stay and enjoy the ambient atmosphere inside the store.
I just had my worst experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a coffee at the cashier and want to redeem my birthday treat. The female barista told me in a very RUDE voice “We belong to Longos not Starbucks. We don’t redeem anything.” She then scanned my QR code and asked me to pay the rest of money” I have preloaded some fund to my app but the money left on my account was not enough to buy the coffee. Since I don’t have my wallet with me so I said “I’m sorry and can I please cancel the order?” She answered in a more IMPATIENT voice “It’s not possible to cancel any order”. When I told her I forgot my wallet and I’m sorry. She cancelled my order on the machine and told me” DONT BE SO RIDICULOUS”. I just left in a very awkward way. I never expect to be treated this way since I’m always nice to everyone. I was assaulted by this barista on my birthday. To make things worse, the money on my account was taken away when she scanned my QR card and didn’t give me a refund. I seriously don’t recommend anyone to come to this location. I feel the barista is a little bit racist and gives attitudes to customers.
