This place is way too cheap on toppings sometimes. Almost half volume than what it has to be.
When i order with app it says cheese topping available and i can add free extra toppings on app, but lots of time when i go into the store they just close cheese basket and says its out of stock.
Similar with buns. Somehow they only have white buns when i order.
I know we are all having hard time with this crazy information. All price went up and we understand it. They should raise little more price if they had to like all other restaurants near by, and give enough toppings rather than cuttig toppings to half or not giving expensive toppings at all.

Didn’t have the subs here but I wanted to try the footlong cookie.
Was nicely done and had it warmed up so it was a little softer and tender. Would recommend it as a cheap sweet treat from a fast food spot.
Service was alright hut from here. Nothing special to mention and I was in and out fairly quickly.
Parking is good here too. Huge parking lot and amenough spaces to compensate for the amount of and type of places in the plaza.

I bought many times before but got very bad experience today. When I asked the store clerk what is cold cut combo and her response was kind of vague with some accent. As I was not sure and hesitated for 5 sec, she asked to the young man next to me how many sandwich he to buy. As the young man responded buy one, the clerk was going to take his order ahead of me. I felt insulted and asked why she did that. She then appologized saying she just want to move the order quickly. But I was there waiting for 10 min before my turn and just asked a simple question before ordering. I dont know her reason but she was kind of same atitute to another Chinese cusomer earlier. Bad service...

I wish we had read the reviews before ordering at this location. We ordered 2 veggie delites through the app, picked them up, and went home. When we got home and opened them, there were bare minimum veggies in our VEGGIE delites. He also missed the cheese on mine so to compensate I had to use my own cheese (See pictures 🤣). The reviews aren't wrong. This location really cheaps out on ingredients. Don't bother here. We usually order at another Subway location in Markham and have never had any problems with them. We were passing by here and thought to give it a try...we were so upset with what we received! Putting 4 olives, 2 spinach leaves, and 5 shreds of lettuce in a footlong and calling it a veggie delite is shameful. Lol. Do better, 9275 Markham Rd Subway! Enjoy the before and after pictures of our flat cheese-less footlongs.

Dinner time and have to wait 15 mins just to order. Should be at least 2 people working at dinner time 6:30pm on a weekday.
I placed an order online using the subway app and confirmed my order at 1:38 p.m. it said it would be ready by 1:55 p.m. I got to the store at 1: 56pm and I see a takeout bag behind the counter. I told employee I have a pickup and she looked and said oh it's not ready yet. There were still a couple customers ahead ordering and they didn't make my sandwich until all of the customers were served. I didn't get my sandwich until 2:15. Like what is the point of ordering online if I'm just going there and waiting behind the customers who are there. They should have more staff employed during lunch rushes.

We go most Friday nights as Vera does a great job managing our celiac needs. She is polite, remembers our orders and does a great job!

I ordered a sandwich and soup combo. The soup was served cold, which prompted the employee to microwave it. It was still cold so I had to microwave it myself after I left. When I finally tried it, the soup was sour. It was obviously spoiled, discoloured, and smelled disgusting. Can’t believe this establishment would serve expired items. The employee could have just said the soup was unavailable and had me choose something else for the combo. Waste of money.

I placed an order online and waited for the confirmation to pick up my sandwich but almost half an hour the status didn’t show that my sandwich was ready. So I went inside the store to pick up my order and my sandwich already prepared and ready for me to pick it up. I don’t understand why the staff couldn’t update the status to ready so I don’t need to waste my valuable time. Also the staff wasn’t pleasant at all. She asked the name on the order and slide through my sandwich and had a very unhappy face.

They had added pepperoni while I had ordered a vegetarian sub without adding any such thing. I am a pure vegetarian and it affected me so much. So unprofessional pf Subway. Even DoorDash is responsible for this.

I dont see why people are freaking out in the reviews, the workers try their best, and at the end of the day, you have your food! I love the employee who asked me if my change was all there, she’s very kind and trustworthy! Overall, 9/10. You get your food after?
