I placed an order online and waited for the confirmation to pick up my sandwich but almost half an hour the status didn’t show that my sandwich was ready. So I went inside the store to pick up my order and my sandwich already prepared and ready for me to pick it up. I don’t understand why the staff couldn’t update the status to ready so I don’t need to waste my valuable time. Also the staff wasn’t pleasant at all. She asked the name on the order and slide through my sandwich and had a very unhappy face.

They had added pepperoni while I had ordered a vegetarian sub without adding any such thing. I am a pure vegetarian and it affected me so much. So unprofessional pf Subway. Even DoorDash is responsible for this.

I dont see why people are freaking out in the reviews, the workers try their best, and at the end of the day, you have your food! I love the employee who asked me if my change was all there, she’s very kind and trustworthy! Overall, 9/10. You get your food after?

If you order online here ahead of time, don’t expect them to make it ahead of time. Unpleasant experience overall, lady took another 10 min to begin making my order despite the fact that I was the only one in the shop. Perhaps the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a BOGO deal yesterday. After waiting 20 minutes, I received very little meat. Today, I reordered the same items using the app. The cart showed it would contain two items, but I only received one item after checking out. This is unacceptable!

Worst subway I have ever been to went there yesterday to buy a tuna sub the lady didn’t even know how to make the sub properly. Was rude and arrogant. I will never step foot in this subway again the food was so bad I got food poisoning. I would recommend this place to anyone

Beware of ordering on app ahead of time at this location. They make sure they cheap out on adding ingredients to your sandwich. When you come home and call them back, they say a manager will give us a call back. It’s been more than 2 months and I’ve never got that call lol. Emailed their support desk and they send out their standard excuse of innovation for putting lesser ingredients. Second visit and they didn’t have the bread I ordered in the app. So they didn’t even try to make up for it and just apologized. Ain’t visiting this location again.

We ordered from app for the BOGOFL promotion. It said the order will be ready @12:45. We arrived at 12:50, the order was not ready. There is only one person worked there. Okay, we understood that she will be busy to handle online and walk in order by herself. We can wait. At 13:00, one more worker came in, but things were not improved. Apparently they don't know how to handle the online order. The order slips were piling up but not sorted correctly! They were making the sub for whoever asked loud! We checked once, they told us to wait and then we noticed the people ordered after us already got their food! We ended up wait ONE HOUR to get our subs. And one of those is out of stock! We already paid online and no way to cancel the order.That’s unbelievable! This is definitely a terrible experience with this subway. If they don’t have capability to handle the order, just don’t participate.
