DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY SUBWAY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! @subway I have had a very bad experience with Subway! I ordered mobile order. 2 snack sandwiches BLTs and nachos. The snack sandwiches were supposed to be on ciabatta buns and were put on regular crappy plain bread. When I walked into the store they told me they ran out of ciabatta buns I told them I didn't want them then The store owner made me feel like I had no choice but to take the order even though it was not the right order. I also had nachos that were supposed to have fresh salsa. After eating 2 chips I noticed there was no salsa and brought them back to the store. The owner first said i ate more than 1/2 the order. I only had 2 chips. Then he said they dont come with salsa even after I showed him my paid order confirmation showing salsa was part of the nachos. He then said they had no salsa. Refused to fix it. I requested a full refund and he refused that too even with the entire order being wrong. Said it was not his problem. When I went to eat the sandwiches they eack only had one strip of bacon and very bland. The lettuce tasted washed out and old. I then contacted customer service which is online only AI (NO WAY OF GETTING A REAL PERSON) and could not put more than 255 characters in my complaint and kept getting rejected. Finally put a complaint in after 5 or 6 tries and after all that I get an email saying my matter has been resolved. Completely unacceptable customer service. No way to speak to an actual person and disrespected by shop owner!!! Never again!! I believe I should get a full refund for my order that was completely messed up!! But the franchise owner and head office apparently don't care about customers. They Only care about lining their pockets!
Abysmal food, overpriced, rude service. What else is there to say? Compared to the other subways I go to this is 100% the worst
I ordered a regular footlong turkey subway in this restaurant, the other restaurant I used to order is $12.29. However this restaurant charged me $14.99. I feel so bad.

Workers are nice
Their prices are higher than other stores, and they don’t have spinach. When you order online for pick-up, they just tell you it’s unavailable when you arrive. The service is poor, not recommended.

They seem nice enough, and the subs are fine, but they're grossly over-priced compared to other Subways. Once I noticed that, I stopped going to this location

After having been to this location twice now, I can safely affirm that I will never be returning.
The overall appearance and atmosphere of the store is run-down, dirty and calls into question sanitary practice here. The windows look like they havent been cleaned in years, and old expired promo signs that were never removed are hanging around the store.
Both visits, the sandwich toppings looked awful. Wilted, yellow lettuce, dried up cucumbers and many unavailable items compared to other locations. My sandwich definitely had an offputting connotation to it. Nothing about this location is 'fresh' whatsoever.
Not to mention that the price here is a few bucks higher than typical locations as well. Extra cost for very sub-par quality.
Do yourself a favour and skip out on this location. There are multiple other Subways in the area, go to one of them instead.

I ordered on the app and they did not receive my order, even though I showed my confirmation number and apparently this is my problem, not theirs. They offered nothing - told me to figure it out with the app. I asked for the contact information of where I can call and they told me again, to figure it out myself. Even had the gall to tell me "can you fix our computer problems" because that's why they didn't get my order. Terrible customer service and no knowledge of their own business. If they are not ready to support customers with app orders then they should not reap the rewards of having their location on the app. Remove your location if you cannot help people when their orders are missing.

Dirty Subway, bad jokes that really grind on the customers and skimpy service/can't toast, skimpy toppings, no napkins (cmon it's a damn subway).
