I’ve been in the area for a while and I’m really not surprised to see the amount of poor reviews. I’m not one to write a review but they jacked up the price and now I’m officially done with this place. Any other subway a foot long turkey breast sub is $13.50 after tax(my go to sub I got it last week so I know the price). This location charged me $16.94 for a classic sub. Premium sub understandable but a classic turkey sub is ridiculous. Ive checked online to make sure that it’s not all subways and it’s only this location. They also charge $4.40 to upgrade a combo where other subways charge $3.50. I’ve had other issues here but this is enough. There’s so many other subways just go somewhere else.

Terrible Service. ONLY 3 TOPPINGS ALLOWED? They say this to my mom for long time and others and to me without coupon or with, only 3 toppings, the owner is also angry always and doesnt care, ordered for 40 bucks and won't give me a bag -AVOID. Wouldn't even warn up ny philly cheese steak with extra steak and extra cheese I paid for, ridiculous.

I do not usually like leaving 1 star reviews but this place deserves it. The owner and the staff are committing fraud! Twice I have gotten coupons in the mail and brought them in to use. They scan the coupons twice and then tell me it has already been used. Avoid this place at all costs!

I don’t expect much from subway in general but I had to leave a review. Everybody is right, do not order from here. Drive to another location instead if you want a proper sandwich. Ordered twice from here now and they refuse to give an adequate amount of toppings. It’s like biting into plain bread with a few strands of lettuce. The staff also obviously doesn’t want to be there, can’t even say hi or thank you.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY SUBWAY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! @subway I have had a very bad experience with Subway! I ordered mobile order. 2 snack sandwiches BLTs and nachos. The snack sandwiches were supposed to be on ciabatta buns and were put on regular crappy plain bread. When I walked into the store they told me they ran out of ciabatta buns I told them I didn't want them then The store owner made me feel like I had no choice but to take the order even though it was not the right order. I also had nachos that were supposed to have fresh salsa. After eating 2 chips I noticed there was no salsa and brought them back to the store. The owner first said i ate more than 1/2 the order. I only had 2 chips. Then he said they dont come with salsa even after I showed him my paid order confirmation showing salsa was part of the nachos. He then said they had no salsa. Refused to fix it. I requested a full refund and he refused that too even with the entire order being wrong. Said it was not his problem. When I went to eat the sandwiches they eack only had one strip of bacon and very bland. The lettuce tasted washed out and old. I then contacted customer service which is online only AI (NO WAY OF GETTING A REAL PERSON) and could not put more than 255 characters in my complaint and kept getting rejected. Finally put a complaint in after 5 or 6 tries and after all that I get an email saying my matter has been resolved. Completely unacceptable customer service. No way to speak to an actual person and disrespected by shop owner!!! Never again!! I believe I should get a full refund for my order that was completely messed up!! But the franchise owner and head office apparently don't care about customers. They Only care about lining their pockets!
Abysmal food, overpriced, rude service. What else is there to say? Compared to the other subways I go to this is 100% the worst
I ordered a regular footlong turkey subway in this restaurant, the other restaurant I used to order is $12.29. However this restaurant charged me $14.99. I feel so bad.

Their prices are higher than other stores, and they don’t have spinach. When you order online for pick-up, they just tell you it’s unavailable when you arrive. The service is poor, not recommended.

They seem nice enough, and the subs are fine, but they're grossly over-priced compared to other Subways. Once I noticed that, I stopped going to this location
