Ordered a Sub and had a coupon, refused to accept any coupons, but bought the sub anyways. Opened it up and it wasn’t cur in half but rather a quarter and the veggies were sparse and stale. Drive the distance and go to another subway.
Rita was magnificent at making and giving my order efficiently at a timely manner, the way she handled my food was very exquisite and meticulous. If Rita is handling your food you are safe.

Closing time is 11:00 PM but the staff stops taking orders after 10:30. I was refused to order at 10:45.

Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. My sandwich was basically just bread with a few scattered veggies — felt like they were rationing every single piece. When I called the store, instead of apologizing or making it right, the staff argued and proudly said they put “5 tomatoes, 5 olives” as if that’s acceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. A Subway sandwich is supposed to be fresh and full, not dry bread with counted toppings. The service and attitude here are unacceptable — I will never order from this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I decided to give this location another chance and yet again I left disappointed. How does the subway company allow this franchise to operate this way? From the stale bread to the broken fountain drink machine, to the deserted cafe inside the restaurant, it screams poor management, unsanitary, and poor brand representation. With no other subway for kilometers near my work, I would really hope Subway head office steps in to tidy this place up.

this place is a scam. i ordered a footlong cold cut , they give me six slices instead of 12 of meat. when I politely asked them to make it right, they give me 9 slices initially and when i insisted them to correct it politely the man told me to not come again and they do not want my business. finally they corrected it but for sure i will not come ever again. this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. btw, just read the four previous review, all the same, this is not an honest mistake for theirs, this is the common practice. wish i read the reviews before ordering
