I come to this Subway all the time as it is the closest to my home and I most say that Vrunda is the most pleasant and helpful service worker there. She is always smiling and helpful especially when I cannot decide what I want to eat or forget what she told me previously and is always so patient and kind. She deserves a Raise and a medal. I came a few nights before closing and I guess the delivery drivers were late and they showed up with boxes and boxes of items that she had to pack and label by herself. She took it on like a champ, I literally saw them coming in and asked her why where they coming so late and she said she didn’t know but it was okay she will get what needs to be done. While serving customers as it wasn’t just me in the store but several others. She showed professionalism and excellent customer service. I could just go on and on about Vrunda as she truly is amazing. Keep up the good work and whoever you are Mister Subway manager, please know that you have a Gem working for you!! All the best.

Do not go to this location. The male staff called himself manager and refused to give out his name. He refused to take the current promotion coupon “free potato rings & drink with any sub” My kid bought a 6” sub and was charged $13. And this so called manager said we must buy a footlong using coupon. I told him coupon tell “any sub” Then he said they do not have fountain drink. Any the promo cost $5 so they require to purchase a footlong etc…. He doesn’t mind us to file a complaint of him but refuse to give out name. After reading other reviews, I guess this store is shameless and never willing to accept promo coupon anyway. Th store is a rip off of charging $13 for an 6 inch sandwich. Do not go to this store

I bring a coupon with me which was for 6 cookies for $3.49, there was a girl on cash she said that i cant give you 6 cookies if I gave you what i will do for next order if customer need cookies and the cookies are finished, i said to her you have many cookies here i just need 6’but she said i bake in morning a big batch so i can give you in morning, omg it seems like i am asking cookies for free? What kind of customer service was it? It's like I went to a store I bought an egg tray and they don't want to sell me a second tray. Worst customer service and a rude girl she was.

We visited this location again only because it’s the most convenient for my family. Unfortunately, this is our second negative experience here — and now we’ve learned our lesson and won’t be returning.

The first time, there was an issue with a coupon for a free cookie. They refused to honor it, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it left a poor impression.

On our second visit, when we entered the store the employee was speaking with the manager, and both of them seemed very unwelcoming. My husband and I each planned to use a coupon for the “2 subs for $13.99” deal. To make things easier, we suggested preparing all four identical sandwiches at once and handed over both coupons. The employee immediately looked annoyed, went to the back to speak with the manager, and then returned saying she would “allow it this time,” but that in the future only one coupon could be used.

My husband explained that we were two separate paying customers placing two separate orders, but she offered no real explanation and continued making our food reluctantly. From the photos, it’s clear she put very little effort into preparing the sandwiches.

When it came time to pay, my husband paid for his order with his card. I intended to pay separately using Apple Wallet, but at that moment I received a FaceTime call from my daughter. To keep things moving, my husband tapped his card for my order as well — and the employee shook her head in disapproval.

Overall, the customer service here is unwelcoming and unnecessarily difficult. With so many other options available, we won’t be back.
