I went to the store to pick up my online order. The guy was very rude. When I told him please ask politely he said why everybody has problem. If u have a problem go to a different store. When I ask for his name he said Mike which I am sure is fake.

I had the spicy Jerk bowl. This is by far the worst interpretation of Jerk ever. Please remove from the menu immediately or hire someone who knows what Jerk is. Stick to sandwiches. If you don't know how to do something, don't do it and don't charge people for it.

Avoid this shady and scammy business. Order is wrong. Bad service.

I ordered two subs and a footlong cookie via the app for pickup. They got both my subs wrong and missing most of my ingredients I wanted and got the wrong bread even. Skimped all the toppings I requested except the cheap ones. I felt like I was eating just plain bread.

The worst part is they did not have the footlong cookie. My gf was really looking forward to this. They said they can compensate 2 cookies in exchange for it. LOL half a dozen cookies is $4.5 and I had already paid $6 footlong cookie. I pointed that out and said they should already compensate me 8. They were very rude, hesitant and argued but eventually agreed and when I got home I found out that they only gave me 7.

Lost me as a customer for life. They just take customers money and give nothing.

Ordered 2 stampede brisket sandwiches both footlongs did not have any cheese on it along with other ingredients hot peppers and green peppers...will not come back to this location again.
