Placed an online order for two footlong subs for pickup. Order gets accepted with no issues. Walk in at the pickup time provided. The employee tells me they don’t have the bread I ordered. I ask why the app processed the order? Says they only have white bread. I can clearly see a 6 inch of the bread I ordered. I ask can I have the 6 inch of the bread I ordered and the remaining 6 inch can be white. I understand they are out and it’s later in the evening so they’re probably not baking anymore. Employee says NO. I ask why, as they are going to cut the bread anyway to make two 6 inches. Says to me he’s not allowed and it’s against Subway policy! I ask where the logic is in that. There is no cost difference in the bread, the inventory is the same. What’s the difference? Zero logic and zero discretion. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, just frustrated your customer.
Used to come in here 3-4 times a month, NOW will not be coming in EVER. Save your time, money and frustration. Go around the corner to Firehouse subs. Few bucks more but; better quality, better customer service and most importantly COMMON SENSE!! Bye bye Subway, you won’t get another dollar out of me!

Great food and good customer service by the girl. Anyone looking for a good sub place this is the place, in busy times may be you have to wait some time because there’s only 1 employee.

The guy working the counter at 5:00 on September 19th should be embarrassed!!! He didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in, kept making uber orders, and when we asked if he was gonna help us he said “this first” and i swear started to put on the toppings like one tomato at a time. such a joke. so tired of going out to grab a quick meal and having to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism and ignorance. also shouldn’t have those gross air pods in while you’re handling food!!! gross; what if it fell in? so so so disgusting and will never go back to this dirty, rude and unprofessional subway location. i hope the owner of this location acknowledges this.

Awful service. Completely ignored as at counter for 5 minutes to prepare Uber eats. When asked if we can order he ignored us with headphones in and told us to wait. Unacceptable and have not experienced this at any other subway. If I could vote -5 I would. Sept 19th 2025

August 29,2025. Came here at my usual time 10:35PM and was told by the dude working night shift that i could not order anymore as it was done. sign says 11:00PM. this dude is bullshiting and just wants to leave early. never met this dude at this restaurant.

1 star because every time I try to get a sub, the store is “closed” despite the hours advertised closing at 11pm on there storefront sign and on the corporate subway website !!

Amazing sub and great customer service. Krish was very polite and he did an amazing job serving us late almost before closing. All the veggies and breads were fresh. Only issue is that the music is a little loud for my taste and only 3 drinks in the fountain.

I went there today, firstly i asked the man( the team member ) can i use the washroom, he looked so wired at me,
Then i was ordering nachos it was my first time i am trying them so i asked him what exactly they are… he very rudely said u can have look on picture… so wiered.. so rude….

I really had a bad experience in this subway, I ordered 3 subways all of them had paper on bread on it , when i told him to replace he refused it and started arguing with me and he said go complain to head office
