“Stopped by for a quick bite today and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the store felt. The place was neat, and the staff member preparing my order had such a composed and respectful approach.— really appreciated it. The sandwich was fresh and made exactly how I like it. Tried to order chicken teriyaki sub with the buy one, get 2nd for a dollar promotion.
The app said not in stock.
I was in the parking lot and was starving so just went in to order, and asked for the chicken teriyaki and ge girl had no problems making the sub.
When I inquired why it was showing not in stock on the app, she couldn't tell me a reason.
Ultimately it's because this location didn't want to honour the promo.
Went to get the buy one footlong get another for $1 deal via the app.
Attempted to order sub via the app, and everything was listed as out of stock.
Went into the store and asked if they were out of stock, the young lady said no.
They purposely listed the desirable subs as not in stock via app so we couldn’t take advantage of the offer.
Every time I visit at this location, Manisha provides amazing service! She always remembers my order, which makes the experience fast, personal, and enjoyable. Her friendly greeting and positive attitude make a big difference. And the sandwiches? Absolutely perfect—there’s definitely magic in her hands! Fresh, tasty, and made just right every time. I highly recommend everyone to visit and enjoy her exceptional service!

I placed an online order to pick it up at this location for two sandwiches and clearly entered my instructions to cut each sandwiches into 4 pieces and put each sandwiches in two bags ( of course in English language) but the staff cut them in to two pieces and totally 4 pieces for both sandwiches and put them in a plastic shopping bag🤦 This is happening each and every subway restaurant that I visited specially when I placed my orders online with the special instructions. I don’t know these staffs ( forgot to mention those staffs all the locations are students from an South Asian country) know how to read English or just ignored the instructions. I feel really bad for those franchise owners of the Subway restaurants and they must see their Google reviews and connect with the clients to find out what’s going on at their restaurant specially when the owner not at the restaurant. I like to give 1 star for my review however the sandwiches were okay but not perfect at all. The staff wasn’t pleasant at all and when I went to pick up my sandwiches she was stone faced.🤦

Not worth coming here. To buy sandwiches it’s not flavourful at all it is the worse sandwich I have had Tim Horton is better wanted to try out a sandwich after seeing a tik tok

The food is amazing but the men's washroom has been out of order for 4 weeks and this is unacceptable and the lady/girl working there doesn't know a proper reason as to why
My advice to management is please fix the mens washroom immediatly!

Got two sandwiches and a churro footlong. Really not impressed, both bread on my sandwiches were so stale, and the churro I got tasted horrible, very stale, and put little to none of the cinnamon sugar on the churro. And the service was extremely slow, people left as I was waiting for my sub, and when I got there, there was only one person in front of me. I do not recommend this Subway.

3rd time ordered online on the subway app the sub smells rotten I have sent an email to subway from a about 2 months ago and they never responded. But careful when ordering sub from here 3 times now sub smells absolutely rotten disgusting

I am happy to have vegetarian options in subway here in Canada. Thanks for the management team of subway to provide vegetarian options. I had ordered tandoori mozza with veggies and multigrain bread and it gave me a feeling that I am not out of india. Staff was so generous and helpful.
Vegetarian options: Though subway have enough options for vegetarian but if they can provide some more options in eggless sauces like chipotle sauce eggless.
