Change your hours of operation instead of misinformation for consumers. Online and in your day it says you open at 7am. At 7am, I came the older white man left. I waited for him to come back. He came back at 7:15 and proceeded to tell me the hours are wrong and you open at 8am please change and stop falsely advertising hours of operations. Not professional

Just visited this store an hour back. I had a coupon to use. Since I don’t like carrying them around, I usually take a picture of it and all Subways have been accepting it. This was the first store which did not accept the digital coupon. The employee mentioned that the code won’t get scanned in the system. And when I told him that I’ve tried in other stores and if we can try, he blatantly refused. When I asked why, he called on his manager who was also in the store. The manager also was very rude and blatantly refused to try scanning the coupon. There was no one else in the queue except me at that time. So there was no rush to attend anyone else as well. It seems like they just didn’t want to accept the coupon. Very poor service. Spoils the reputation of Subway. Would never be using the services of this store again.

don't take skip orders despite being on the app. Get them to remove you if you aren't going to fulfill the orders stop wasting peoples time.

The guy there has no idea how to scan for your points. Not even apologetic when I called him out after I found out myself. Guy was very blazay and rude.
Never had an issue with the female employee, though.
I'm glad my order was small and simple, now that I have read some comments.
