had a bad experience at this Subway. The staff didn’t seem properly trained and looked confused while taking the order.

At billing, I showed them my coupon and asked them to apply it before I paid. After paying, I checked the receipt and saw the coupon was not applied. When I asked them, they said it was already included but couldn’t show it on the bill.

Instead of fixing the issue, they told me to contact head office and said they don’t know how to refund or apply the coupon. They also raised their voices and argued instead of helping.

Very unprofessional service. Staff need better training. Not a good experience at all.

Visited this subway location on March 5 10.30 am. Wanted to grab rotisserie chicken 6 inch sub.

The person who was making my sandwich was not in good mood at all. All lettuce went reddish color and not edible.

When it came to sauce selection I have asked for 3 sauces peri peri,Chipotle and tandoori spiced.

Tandoori spiced bottle had only couple of drops in there which he put on sandwich than when I asked for extra he said we don't have it. Usually they do keep extra bottles under cabinet. Server did not hesitate to check under cabinet and just denied multiple times of having sauce. At very last he said we have to make tandoori spiced sauce.

I said thank you and left the restaurant.

Not recommended at all.

Very new and spacious store.
I accidentally ordered my Southwest Steak Bowl to this location, but the staff were very kind and kept it in the fridge for me until I came to pick it up.
One staff member joked that it was a pity because he had made it fresh and hot earlier, but it should still taste good.
I didn’t reheat it and it still tasted great.

Will be my last time at this location. Was here in Dec/2025. Bread was hard and crumbly, this was at around 1pm. Thought maybe it was a 1 time issue as I’ve been here multiple times. This time however will be my last. Placed an online order. Other subways leave orders at the online/uber pickup shelf. Not here, they place them behind the cashier. I understand. There were a few customers in front ordering and paying so I patiently waited, no biggie. When it was my turn, an older gentleman with a mustache asked “how can I help you” so I told him I placed an online order for pickup that’s ready. He says “the cashier can help you get it” and then begins to grab bread and make another online order. There were 2 people in front of me waiting to pay. I asked him if he would be able to pass my order. He says “the cashier will pass it to you”. My order was literally 3 steps away, ready. Instead of helping me with my order, he brushes me off. Why ask me how you can help if you’re not going to help? I kindly asked why he wouldn’t be able to pass it to me? And he says again, the cashier will give it to you. The cashier, another older gentleman over heard our discussion, stares at his coworker as if he’s confused why he can’t grab my order and then passes the subs to me. I walk out saying why such a simple task needs to be so complicated. I left and will definitely not be coming back. Don’t ask how you can help someone with an order, then push them aside and ask them to wait when it’s ready and then begin to make a new online order. This level of service deserves a 1 star. Over complicating something so straightforward. I’ll take my business to another franchisee.

Skimped on toppings, broken sound system, extremely slow service, employee kept creepily staring and had poor communication, put raw bacon on the bread before toasting, kept having to repeat things.

They have only one uber order (2 sandwiches) ahead of me when I walked in, the middle eastern guy prepared the food extraordinarily slowly and did not say a word to ask for my order. I waited 10mins for him to finish his delivery order while the other staff with glasses was on phone the whole time.

The food is bad, the amount of veggies and meat is less than usual Subway. Upon check out, they did not even turned on the card machine, I wondered if they are ready to open the store.

It took me 30mins to leave this store with a single sandwich. What a waste of money, time and life.

Owner was soo nice and helpful. Was having a bad day the owner made it better without realizing. They have great communication skills. Food was fresh. Bread was fresh. I would highly recommend 5 stars. Dont go to other subways on the area come here trust me you won't regret it. Also it was clean easy to order. Everything was on point.

The opening hours are completely misleading. The store shows as open, but when I arrived it was closed before 11, wasting my time and trip. Customers rely on accurate information, and this needs to be fixed. Please update your hours so people aren’t inconvenienced again.

This was the best service we’ve received at any Subway we’ve visited. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our subs were made perfectly, with generous portions and no skimping on toppings. Overall, a great experience, we’ll definitely be back!
