Second time going to this location and it will be the last. The first time they completely messed up my mobile order. I ordered a veggie sub and they added falafel for no reason.

Now second time walking in to order today you can tell the vegetables are not clean and fresh. They look like they have been frozen a few days and thawed. The bread was burned a little on the edges and it was a very small 6 inch sub.

I will not be returning here , this is by far the worst subway

WATCH OUT AT THIS LOCATION. They attempted to charge me over $20 for a 6-inch chicken sub, and then he insisted it was the correct amount! I almost tapped my card before catching it.

After pointing out the price on the board, he relented and reduced it to the correct amount ($10). Close one.

Don’t order on the app to this location. I’ve done it twice-once with promotion and once without-and both times they got my order wrong. If you don’t want to make it right, don’t bother.

Food was fine but the cashier charged bag fee which I didn't get at all, only the paper bag. Before cashier cashed out me, a customer who dine in and asked bag for takeout, cashier gave her a plastic bag. I realized I was charged a bag fee when I checked my receipt. Only 5 cents wasn't big deal, but felt uncomfortable for dishonest. Better check the receipts or double confirm before you pay.

It seems like this is a family-owned location, as the service here is consistently much better than at other Subway locations. The young gentleman behind the counter was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Everything was fresh, and the associate making my sandwich actually put effort into it—not like other places where they just slap ingredients onto the bread. Here, they carefully placed each item as if they were making their own sandwich, which is rare to see these days.

The recent renovations were a surprise, but they look fantastic! The space feels clean, modern, and inviting—definitely a place where you’d want to sit and enjoy your meal. It’s service and quality like this that deserve to be acknowledged and appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!
