I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid $15 for a bowl that was basically just ice with a bitter taste, one small scoop of ice cream, and a few hard tapioca pearls on top — not chewy at all.

Then I paid $10 for another bowl that only had two pieces of taro, a few red beans, and the rest (around 85%) was just black jelly cubes. For the price, the portions and quality were extremely poor.

The fried items were not bad, but definitely not enough to save the overall experience. I don’t think it’s worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I don't understand how anyone could rate this place poorly. The service was phenomenal, the desserts were delicious. What more could you want?! The only way they could improve would be to add decaf coffee to their menu.

We ordered the taiwanese hot dessert and black sesame waffles and they were really tasty! The black sesame ice cream especially was so delicious! 🤤 The portion was good, space was clean and the service was excellent. They really have an extensive dessert and regular meal menu and we were so intrigued. We’ll definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

The staff member i dealt with at this location had a nasty attitude. Love all the other locations, they aren't like this one. Would not recommend nor return!

We were there for dessert, and we loved the variety! They have something for everyone's taste! My favourite was the blackgrass jelly with mango and coconut milk! I recommend trying this one as it was light and refreshing, and it hit the spot! Also, try their shaved ice!

The shaved ice tasted so bad...it's a wonder how they made shaved ice that is not even cold...the italian soda was ok but there was too much strawberry puree. PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else 😭

We were trying to get a snack near midnight. They were the only one still open in First Markham Place. Dinner and dessert menu were still available. We went for dessert. They use a QR code self ordering system. We ordered a French toast, glutinous rice balls and cold strawberry mix. French toast was good. Rice balls were luke warm only. Strawberry mix was okay.
