I honestly really love this chain! I think their menu is really great and affordable for good portions as well. They also let me and my friend study whoch was very kind of the staff. I definitely recommend :)!

Would not consider eating here again. The food was mediocre for the price. You could honestly make a lot of these desserts at home for a fraction of the price. At least the staff was nice.

Might as well go to Markham first location. The condensed milk toast was without condensed milk. And the mango shaved ice cream didn't have much mango in it compared to the other location.

Very disappointing.
Waffle was cold, poor quality ice cream, more ice than cream
Mango sago was just liquid, a few pieces of mango and sago
Mango pancake and sundae is filled with cream, a few pieces of mango. Again poor quality ice cream. We sat for about an hour and the ice cream barely melted.
Definitely will not be back.

Place was completely empty when we went around 5pm on a weekend. The service was very fast but I understand why because the food looked like it was just defrosted in a microwave. My condensed milk toast was still partially cold and the deep fried buns were very dense and hard to eat. The food went straight through me and I had to stop by the nearby McDonald’s to use the bathroom. Please just go to the First Markham Place location instead!

Same issue as the other reviewer below regarding the Groupon voucher: we had a voucher that they wouldn’t honour. They had all those items in their menu and available in the kitchen but refused to serve it despite advertising the items in the voucher sale. When asked if I could order the items crossed off in the voucher list by paying full price, they advised, not a problem. It’s a shady operation with poor service so we walked out. We definitely won’t be giving them another try.

False Advertising! We purchased a groupon for 2 desserts and 2 drinks for $23.50. The advertisement listed the choices you can choose from. When we arrived at this location (Markham rd and 16th), they had crossed out all the choices that we wanted. Leaving only few of the cheaper choices from the list. Essentially you only save a couple of bucks on items we don’t even care for. You can only purchase those items at full price which was not what was posted on the advertisement before you buy the voucher. Very disappointing. Other locations (Scarborough specifically) seem to be better, in my opinion.
