Got a Oreo Brulee. Whatever milk they were using tasted a bit weird. I threw it out after trying about 30%. Wasted $8.5.

What happened to Sun Tea? I discovered this a couple years ago. Great fresh teas with real fruit and great flavour but the last two orders something changed. My favourite Fresh Mango Coconut Pudding has barely a hint of mango, white coloured pudding or jello that is flavourless. It use to be full of fresh mango and actual coconut flavoured pudding. So sad.

This is a shop that we frequently visit, and it suits our tastes very well, so we often go there for dinner. But today I really can't stand it anymore and I have to complain. The boss can close the shop if he can't afford anyone. Why leave only one person to work until the employees don't want to take orders anymore? No one answered the phone before I left. I thought it was a day off. So I checked Google Maps. Well, I didn’t have a break, maybe I was busy. I made more than a dozen calls on the way there, but no one answered. When I went to the store, there was only one person waiting inside, so I had to queue up. , while waiting in line, I asked the waiter that we had made many calls, why didn’t we answer them? Then the waiter said he was too busy and couldn't take the order, okay, so he asked him if he could place an order. Now, he said he was still busy and had three more cups to make, so he waited for more than ten minutes and it still wasn't ready. Thinking about it later, I If you want more than ten cups, don’t you have to wait for dozens of minutes? Finally, after thinking about it, I decided to forget it and stop drinking. Who doesn’t want to work part-time and relax, so they choose to leave because they don’t want to increase the burden on the waiters?

Quality of bubble tea seems to have gone down. Less fruits and less tea taste.

They are open until 9pm most days but the staff are not happy to serve customers 1-1.5 hours prior to closing when I have gone in.

They either say they have run out of a specific drink and/or give attitude. What’s the point of being open until 9pm if your staff don’t want to serve anyone pass 7:30?

This is unfortunate as I really did like Sun Tea previously.

Clean location. Workers are fast and courteous. Options to change sugar and ice level. I also appreciate how they specialize in fruit teas and have jelly options which makes them different from other bubble tea shops.

I have been buying milk tea from this store and used points to exchange for milk tea many times. Today I went to the store and found that I can only use points to exchange for the cheapest cup of milk tea, which is 4.99, instead of choosing any cup of milk tea. The more I do business, the more I go back and see it for the first time. A bit speechless.

The drinks were good. The staff were friendly. The washroom was very clean, and the ambiance was nice with bright colors. The drinks were a little expensive. The Ovaltine crunch milk tea I tried had no crunch at all. But it was tasty and the cups are reusable. They took a little longer to make our drink because at first there was only one person ordering and making the drinks. They had daily specials and the good thing was they even had one on a Saturday.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the drinks here!

Wheelchair accessibility: Quite spacious for wheelchair users to dine in. And definitely enough space at the counter to order.

Only 2 customers ahead of me and I waited for 20mins….

I really wanted to give this place a chance but unfortunately I was not satisfied enough to return again. I chose to go with the Orange Jasmine Green Tea w/ Agar — it was an interesting drink that I wish I could of enjoyed. Even after asking for less ice — it was packed with orange peels (It looks nice but something that should be left out) which resulted less to enjoy. I did however enjoy 25% of the drink — because that is all I had left to enjoy.

Mango Grapefruit Coconut Tea. No comment.

I enjoy the craft — but does no one take responsibility to taste the drink options before they get to the menu?

I ordered the watermelon coconut drink, but it tasted like watermelon that's been sitting for a long time. The staff's attitude was fine, but they didn't really do anything. They started a random conversation in the middle of making my drink. It cost me $5.36. All in all, it wasn't worth buying.
