I had high hopes for a relaxing breakfast at Sunset Grill, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge letdown. Upon arriving, my party and I were seated and completely ignored for over 10 minutes—no menus, no water, no acknowledgment from the staff. Once the server finally approached us, we were hopeful things would improve, but it only got worse. After placing our order, we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, and the service was still lackluster.
This is not the level of service I expect from a restaurant, especially one with a reputation for all-day breakfast. I won't be returning and highly recommend they address their customer service issues. A basic level of attention to guests should always come first.

Nov 9th, 2024 - the first time the service sucks. After food is delivered, the server disappeared. I asked another server to get my server to come over twice before she would show her face. Even when she walked pass by me, she turned her head away from me. Normally, I give at least $25 for tips. But this time, it's $0. She needs to be better. Customers are "people". She needs to treat "people" with RESPECT, for God sake.

My friend and I come here after our night shifts together and we look forward to it every time! Huge shout out to out waitress (i didnt get her name) who is the absolute sweetest and is always so pleasant, attentive and quick with our orders! Good customer service goes a long way and she deserves recognition!

This place is BAD. Their salmon is sooooo fishy, hollandaise tastes like rubber feet, and potatoes legit make me puke. There’s a random Asian guy just in the kitchen pre-making everything so the food was not even hot either. Don’t come unless you have a taste for bad food.
Service was the total opposite of the food though! I also don’t know if it’s just a Saturday morning thing, but please do yourself a favour and at least don’t come on Saturday morning ;)
