Food was good. Friendly service. I was disappointed that they didn't carry non dairy milk. Besides that a nice brunch with a good friend.

Very pleasant atmosphere and very clean. Food is always good especially the potatoes. We had Corrina for our server and she was awesome. Offering a refill coffee during our meal. Super friendly a great asset to the restaurant. My husband and I have found our go to breakfast place in Markham.

I recently had breakfast at Sunset Grill and really enjoyed the food. The breakfast was delicious. The service was OK and the menu offered a nice variety of options.
However, I do want to mention one area for improvement when we were seated the table had not been cleaned yet. A staff member came to clean it after we were registering and spray the cleaning solution which splashed onto our clothing it would be better if tables were cleaned before seating guest to avoid situations like that also, after wiping the table, it was quite wet, and the menu and utensils were placed directly on the wet table.
Aside from that everything else was great and I really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. I would definitely come back.

Went last month with my mom for brunch, and the portions were very good! The food itself has always been great (definitely get the cinnamon bun pancakes) but what was really amazing was the service! That particular morning we came in, it was pretty busy and I believe it was Crystal running the show that day, she just did an amazing job all on her own taking care of everyone so promptly and kindly, and deserves to be recognized for that! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

First and foremost, I need to say that my family and I have been coming here for years for breakfast. We always have a great experience, some issues here and there but mainly a fairly good experience. Today threw me over the edge which is why I feel like itās necessary to write this review. My husband got eggs + turkey bacon, home fries and toast to which was served cold⦠a big pet peeve of his. Mine was also cold but I was super hungry so decided to just eat it. With the morning rush and servers being overloaded, we waited a while to have eye contact with our server to flag her down and politely ask if we could have another order that is hot. Frazzled, she immediately got the manager. The manager arrived and did not even greet usā¦. He started his sentence with āwhatās the issue hereā . My husband responds is it possible to get another order of this as it was served cold. The manager responds and says āitās been awhile since your food was served, why did you wait so long to say something?ā Proceeds to touch the food with his finger, make a face of confusion and leave the table. I think it is absolutely revolting for a āleaderā specifically in management in a customer service based industry to even question a customer with that type of attitude. It is absolutely disrespectful and I am so disappointed. Definitely need some better training when it comes to client care.
Caric was an amazing busser, helped me a lot when I came by. Very kind and respectful, I saw him helping out his crewmates a lot. 10/10 service would come back again.

I had high hopes for a relaxing breakfast at Sunset Grill, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge letdown. Upon arriving, my party and I were seated and completely ignored for over 10 minutesāno menus, no water, no acknowledgment from the staff. Once the server finally approached us, we were hopeful things would improve, but it only got worse. After placing our order, we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, and the service was still lackluster.
This is not the level of service I expect from a restaurant, especially one with a reputation for all-day breakfast. I won't be returning and highly recommend they address their customer service issues. A basic level of attention to guests should always come first.

Tiger was efficient. Actually all staff here are friendly and helpful. We started going here because we felt mistreated at the Stouffville location. Really glad we made the location change

Service can be a bit iffy at times but understandable with the busyness. Some of the tables can be very cramped. French Connection is always my go to!

Nov 9th, 2024 - the first time the service sucks. After food is delivered, the server disappeared. I asked another server to get my server to come over twice before she would show her face. Even when she walked pass by me, she turned her head away from me. Normally, I give at least $25 for tips. But this time, it's $0. She needs to be better. Customers are "people". She needs to treat "people" with RESPECT, for God sake.
