Service is awful. The waitress tried to rush us into ordering the menu and when we ordered something afterwards she would make faces. When we tried to get waitress attention, she would bluntly ignore us. We couldn’t get napkins or maple syrup until our meal was almost done. The food portions were really small too. French toast was too dry to eat so we asked for maple syrup which they gave us at the last minute of our meal. I’ll never go there again.

we are regulars here and come here often enough. the staff is very friendly and smiley. food is always excellent. but we had a very super exceptional experience recently where our server Erica (that's her name as it was on our receipt) went above and beyond. every thing we asked for she remembered even tho she's extremely busy. she always came to our table with a smile and was polite. despite the busy-ness of the place she always walk by to check on us to ensure we were ok. also the other staff kept asking us if we needed coffee top up, i think everyone helps others to top up everyone's coffee not just their "own" serving tables. we were very surprised by Erica and her over and beyond service. thank you for the exceptional service and you deserve more than the 5 stars here. someone out here appreciates your hard work and effort! ??

I've been to Sunset Grill many times over the years, many different locations. First time here in a long time. The greeter was excellent, didn't wait long and friendly. The place was entirely full, so some delay would be expected, but the waitress was a little too slow. We waited about 5 minutes for our coffee, then another 10 before she came back to take our order. I went basic with eggs, sausage and bacon. The eggs were a little undercooked, with clear albumin still present. Everything else was great.

I arrived on a Mon just after 9am, plenty of seating available. I ordered a French connection for $12.99. The service was excellent, wait time was quick. Food was mediocre, I probably could make better but I'm glad food was served quick and it was nice and quiet place to sit down and eat. I probably would come back.

Sunset Grill is a lovely little restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Its Sunset Sandwich is its prime item, as the potato is excellent, and the bacon is well-cooked. It perfectly matches its freshly brewed coffee (very tasteful and outstanding). Lastly, its Blueberry pancake is one of a kind and highly recommended for all pancake lovers.
