The pancakes are soft and chewy, probably the best I’ve had in recent years. The toast is also good, with nice thickness and texture, unlike some places where the bread is disappointing. Overall, very satisfied.

I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience at your restaurant today.
My friend and I came for lunch. I was planning to order, but my friend had food from next door. Your staff explained the “no outside food” policy, which we respected and decided to leave.
However, when we politely told the staff member we would be leaving, he responded rudely and said, “Then go to Tim Horton .” His tone was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
This behavior made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed, and it reflects very poorly on your customer service.
I hope this issue is addressed seriously.

Not sure if one of the servers is related to the owner but they behave as if they own the place. Big attitude! Ownership lets the server do as they please, inspite of the camera evidence of their actions.

took 25 minutes just for us to pay, messed up what we ordered, mixed up peoples payments, and had a gratituity fee for only a party of 4. I think our server was new but even the coworker helping him didn’t even know what she was doing.

Sunset Grill was the best breakfast place I have been to regardless of city.
They use extremely fresh and high quality ingredients. The price is amazing as well in comparison to Vancouver. $14 for a full quality breakfast that leaves you full is a great value.
The service was fast, attentive and friendly.
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone wanting breakfast or lunch. I preferred this to the hotel buffets.

The staff at this location are incredibly warm and nice. My girlfriend and I go about once a week and the staff always greet us and they remember our usual order. The food is incredible as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. I love the potatoes and sausages in particular. Highly recommend this location!
