I really enjoy their mango sago desserts, but the service is awful and the staff can be rude. I called ahead of time to place an order and still had to wait an additional 25 mins after the allotted time. They do open late so it’s a nice late night snack, but the price and wait is not worth it anymore.

This place is only open at night and is take-out only. The location is a bit hidden, but worth the venture as their desserts are amazing.
The owner was very nice and friendly introducing me to their selections on the menu. The quality is exquisite and perfect for a post work treat. The location is very convenient, right down the stress from Downtown Markham, in a quieter area. Would highly recommend and definitely would try different menu items.
I will for sure come back! 😋

Mango and durian are sooooo good!!! They have a lot of customer, it’s will be wonderful if you can order 30mins before you go~

Take out only dessert spot. Only open in evening as they share parking with couple other day time businesses. Parking lot can get very full very quick. It was about 10 - 15 min wait for the food, they give you a buzzer so u can wait comfortably in your own car. Food is very good, very fresh. Good quality fruits and desserts
