The service was very unfriendly, the drinks took a long time and there was no communication. They just put the drinks on the counter and seemed annoyed when we asked if they were ours (there were a few other people that had ordered). The drinks themselves didn't have a lot of flavour and it mostly just tasted like subtly flavoured milk. It was pretty disappointing. The space is cute though.

Makes good drinks that I tried so far, but expect a really long wait time. Anytime I come here, I usually either order 2-4 drinks and I end up always waiting 20-30 minutes in there. It's mainly one worker doing everything. I appreciate the most recent worker who notified us about their deal where if you buy 4 drinks, you get one free. The previous workers did not mention that to me at all so I missed out a couple of times. Pricey drinks though so I only come here once in a while. They also run out on the tapioca pearls often so I assume they probably cook these in the morning...I always come here around 6-7pm.

Their hours say they open at 12:30pm… after standing outside their door nearly 45 minutes, I can confirm that they don’t open until well past 1:30pm. Extremely frustrating.

A couple of friends and myself came in. And yes it was kind of busy but 1 person on the front counter can't serve everyone. My friends saw that another person at the back wasn't even helping the poor girl at the front. It took us an hour to get our drinks. People were tired of waiting and got a refund. If I could give it a 0 I would. Get more help

Had the grapefruit yuzu tea yesterday, tasted so refreshing and good, perfect for summer!!
Nice space and brightly lit but my drink was super watery and had zero flavor. It was a Saturday afternoon and only one person working. Maybe she was new but didn’t seem well trained enough to be on her own. I feel like she should try to make some of the drinks rather than continuously take orders of people coming in. We waited a long time.

I went to order a brown sugar boba milk, hot in person. The girl straight up lied to me, said she could not make it hot but clearly on the menu and on uber, it could be made. Terrible service, do not recommend!

Underrated dessert place! I’ve came here several times; their portions are pretty good for the price, and the staff are friendly. The taro ball and coconut milk desserts are pretty on par with other Chinese dessert places, so I’m satisfied.
