Drink was good. Got taro coconut with taro balls. The taro balls were a little hard and was disappointed. They did not cook it too well. But from what I heard it’s common for the workers here to do that.

A couple of friends and myself came in. And yes it was kind of busy but 1 person on the front counter can't serve everyone. My friends saw that another person at the back wasn't even helping the poor girl at the front. It took us an hour to get our drinks. People were tired of waiting and got a refund. If I could give it a 0 I would. Get more help

Nice space and brightly lit but my drink was super watery and had zero flavor. It was a Saturday afternoon and only one person working. Maybe she was new but didn’t seem well trained enough to be on her own. I feel like she should try to make some of the drinks rather than continuously take orders of people coming in. We waited a long time.

I went to order a brown sugar boba milk, hot in person. The girl straight up lied to me, said she could not make it hot but clearly on the menu and on uber, it could be made. Terrible service, do not recommend!
Underrated dessert place! I’ve came here several times; their portions are pretty good for the price, and the staff are friendly. The taro ball and coconut milk desserts are pretty on par with other Chinese dessert places, so I’m satisfied. The times I visited it wasn’t busy at all, so it’s a nice place to sit and talk with friends or to do work if you’re by yourself

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. It tasted like water mixed with powders, without the real tea leaves you’d find at other bubble tea shops. The taro flavour was awful, with an odd color that was really off-putting. Definitely not for me.

I originally was headed to the library to do some work, but traffic and timing convinced me to stop here instead. It was perfect — it was quiet, the wifi was good, and the best part, the team members on both shifts were super nice!! I made sure to leave a tip because it was such a great experience. I look forward to coming back again!
