Got the Mango & Taro milk tea combo. The drinks are very mediocre, no taro nor mango, taste like low quality powdered milk tea. The low price of the drink is reflected in its quality.

Literally THE best place in Toronto to get Wintermelon tea. Better thsn gongcha, coco and all the other ones. Always worth the trip. Ask for less ice and sometimes I go for no lime syrup and just get the tea.

It was very nice and pretty small. THere were many options on the kiosk. Right when we ordered It came less than 2 minute after we ordered
I passed by and ordered a cup of No. 2 milk tea, but there was no one there, so it was ready quickly. The amount of sugar and ice was very suitable, but it was a pity that the pearls were not elastic. The staff are beautiful and gentle!

there was only a couple as i walked in and the ambiance was nice. went to the counter, looked up at their menu display and nobody greeted me nor have looked at me as i am a customer you know. so i just greeted them first (no response even a smile) and then told them what i would like to have. paid with tip and waited for some enough minutes. my attention was called and i have to get my order by myself. (i thought that was the tip for- like bringing the tray to your table and besides we were only 2 tables worth of customers. and tip should be given after your experience)
anyway, i wasn't happy to see a mess outside the serving dish. same with the 1st customers with their orders. the staff didn't bother to wipe the mess. ?
the taro ball grass jelly looks nice, tastes ok but not crazy about it. the taro milk tea tastes more like water.
so: - price not worth with the service and with the experience. even if it's pricey or cheap, customer service should be a priority - a friendly and welcoming vibe needs a large chunk of improvement - well lit and looks neat but will never come back. sorry..

Very cute bubble tea store with lots of seating inside. Their taro drink is my favourite, must try if you are a taro lover!

THE WORST BBT I HAVE EVER TASTED. I got the white peach refresher. Not sure why even their tea had to be diluted. They add two shots of tea and then fill it up with TAP water. All I could taste was the duttiness of tap water. Bought two... had a couple sips and threw both cups out. Don't come here... people who can't even afford to give you real tea and need to dilute it should just shut down.

The interior is really cute and spacious, with seating to study. There are drinks and small desserts available, with daily specials. We got the lychee drink which comes with a topping. It was tasty but really sweet so we would recommend less sugar with it. We would come back and try the other drinks.
