Enjoyed our time at Swiss Chalet yesterday and Shenika took great care of us. We ordered two quarter chicken darks, one fries, and one mashed potatoes, and everything came out exactly right. I’m used to good service, and Shenika was on point the whole time — friendly, sharp, and attentive without hovering. She made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Solid service like that is why we’ll be back.

I had an excellent experience at Swiss Chalet on Saturday, December 27 between 3–4 PM. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour, with generous portions and a great menu selection. The service was outstanding—Shenika was friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. Her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and overall it was a fantastic meal. I would definitely return again!

We usually order takeout here often and it is usually pretty good. This this the fries were extremely dry. Ordered 3 dinners and all 3 or the fries were too dry to eat.
Got home to see uncooked pink chicken - called and let them know and they said they’ll replace the meal which I appericated, however I believe it’s decent customer service to compensate for the inconvenience, but okay whatever it’s fine atleast I would get a fully cooked dark meat 1/4 chicken meal with gravy after driving back and forth for 30 minutes.
WRONG - my replacement meal was a 1/4 chicken meal with white meat and charvlet sauce.
$18, 2 trips back and forth and my time wasted for no dinner.
