Our all time favorite family restaurant! Kids love to come after church every Sunday and their food is always fresh and delicious. Best of all, kids eat free Sat & Sun.
To add: I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant yesterday when having lunch with my friends during Christmas holiday and I didn’t realize this until a day later. I called and described my purse and they have it safe and sound this whole time. I can’t appreciate enough about the restaurant and the friendly staff there. This is truly a Christmas miracle and so Canadian! I will keep coming back with my family and friends!

Swiss chalet has always been one of our go to, especially this woodbine and Denison location. They don't take as long as some other locations. The staff here are very friendly, especially our server, Lisa, she is very attentive and kind. 5 stars all around

The chicken was good, as usual and as expected. However, ordering at the drive thru speaker was extremely frustrating. The employee who tried to take my order had such a heavy accent that I could not understand a single thing he said. Asking him to speak more slowly and clearly did not help. I asked for another employee to take my order, but apparently he did not understand me. At least he was exceptionally polite. Not this fellow's fault .... I blame management for putting this person on the order window. He was the worst yet I have encountered as a voice for a company.
(To management: I have no intention of filling out your online form. You already know what "the issue" is. Fix it, or don't, it is up to you, not my problem..)

Jade (Server aka Yu) was AMAZING!! I requested the meal to be a bit warmer.. and she wouldn’t leave my side until I was satisfied.. even after I said I was content (she saw the look on my face that I really wasn’t), she took it back to make the adjustments. A true customer-service “star”. Please make sure she is recognized for truly CARING. Food is food. A building is a building but the people make the difference! Jade is a star. Thanks…
