I visited Swiss Chalet last weekend with a group of friends, and our experience was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to our wonderful server, Jade (Yu). From the moment we were seated, Jade made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had such a fun, bubbly personality that truly made our visit memorable.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in at just the right times and making us feel like valued guests. The food was great, and of course, the classic Swiss Chalet sauce was fabulous as always. What really stood out, though, was Jade’s exceptional service.

If you’re reading this, Jade, just know that Swiss Chalet is lucky to have you. You are truly one of their biggest assets. My entire group absolutely loved you, and we will be coming back to this location specifically because of the amazing experience you gave us.

One of the worst attitude and Service ever , I guess he’s the manager on site when I was trying to pick up something for Uber, At first, I said I have a pick up for an order for somebody with a name Of a customer. And he rushes me and asked me what what What’s the number? What’s the number? What’s the name?, Can I give him to me and try to get a number , And then he asked me are you picking it up for Uber? And I say yes , And then he says Oh, you should tell me next time if it’s Uber , I mean, if you asked me at the beginning and I’ll tell you straight up but anyways I felt is a very bad attitude :. Nothing personal But this is the way I felt when I went in.

We went here for the 2 can dine special and they told us they have a special policy that one of the meals has to be white meat...which you have to pay extra. We took our group and moved to the markville location which was more than happy to accommodate our request.

Went for 2 can dine at the drive thru ordered one white meat and one dark meat. I guess they weren’t ashamed of the fact the leg quarter was smaller than the bun that comes as a side with meal. As a 35 year customer, I have found the smallest piece of chicken leg ever sold by any Swiss Chalet in Canada. Why rip us off? What do get out of this publicity? Funde-mental shift in the things that once made this brand valuable. Tricksters now. In second picture the leg quarter is under the bun. Very sad! Continues September 15th. Received a fake inquiry from Sharon with a respond email address that is not an email address. They would rather lie than do the right thing. I’ll happily expose them. See email in photos.
