Chicken was pink inside. I gave them the benefit of doubt but was I wrong! Either gave me food poisoning or salmonella. Worst stomach pain I’ve ever had in my life, wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to be sick.

service was pretty horrible. we ordered mozzarella sticks, a 2 can dine set and buffalo wings. the mozarella sticks were tasted nice. we waited 20+ minutes for the buffalo wings, but the insides of the chicken were cold. we asked for room temperature water, but we got iced water. our server didn't even come to our table when we were seated, we had to ask another server to call our server over :/

Always a great experience with this Swiss Chalet location. I usually do takeout and the staff are consistently super friendly and welcoming. They’re quick, they’re organized, and they always give solid recommendations when I’m deciding what to order. Food is ready fast and the service is always on point. One of the better takeout experiences around.
Our server Rosa made our visit to Swiss Chalet very pleasurable! She gave us water right after being seated, then took our order in a timely manner. She was very accommodating and quick when we requested items. Kids said, “She was the best waiter we’ve had!” :)

We ordered apps at the same time as our dinner. Our dinner came out first with no mention of our appetizers. Our appetizers sent shortly after but were obviously very overcooked. We had to remind our server that the special involved a slice of pie. We eventually got the pie that was so nuked that the bottom of the pie was inedible. On top of this the waitress was virtually invisible for most of our visit.
