We came here on Wednesday night with some friends and we had an great time. This location is better then all the other Swiss Chalet locations because this location had more ice cream than the others. The waiter, Valerie was very kind and gave extra tissues and extra sour cream. She could also speak in Cantonese which is awesome. The chicken stir-fried was so flavorful and tasty. The chicken skin in the kids meal was a little burnt but it was barely. Overall I would give this place a 4.5 if I could. Come to this place it is BETTER!

She knew the menu inside out, made thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times to ensure everything was perfect.

Our family came here on a Wednesday night to take advantage of the kids eat free deal. Our server, Valerie, was really nice and took good care of the kids. The food was also hot and fresh. Our family enjoyed the night with wonderful food and service. Will definitely be back!

When we went there last night it was a puchpuch dinner even though we had 1 hour to dinner the server was running like losing the metro or the Go train. Didn't give us time to have the soup and bring our plate. With the excuse they closed soon all have to go. ( Chinese) hard to understand.

Always come here with my kids and previous service was great, until recently the new face, the young girl at the reception table give us the cold hard response, that really changed my thoughts for this place. Please learn some manner and customer service skills.
Had my daughter’s birthday party for lunch and Valerie was amazing in making my daughter’a birthday memorable! Super efficient, accommodating and all the girls had a great time. Thank you!

The chicken was so dry that I could barely swallow it without washing it down with my beverage. My children ordered different entrées and were very satisfied. The server seemed to be the only person working, but she was very nice and checked on us multiple times.
As far as the atmosphere, the lighting in the dining room is depressing, and the lights in the bathroom are not much better.
I also noted food and drink stains on the wall at our booth. I don't think that I will return to this location.

We ordered the Thanksgiving special today. The service was excellent and very attention to detail. We arrived there by 11 am and found out there were already three or four tables ahead of us. Food came out very fast and just the right temperature and portion. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you.
We will come back for more special on Tuesday and Wednesday soon.
