This is the worst location… were the only one in here and the food took 25-30 mins the server wasn’t friendly either and getting the bill took her forever wouldn’t recommend going to this one at all fries didn’t taste fresh

Quality of Swiss chalet has really gone downhill. Ordered takeout and the dinner roll was larger than the chicken. Used to order Swiss chalet and couldn't even finish the chicken now still hungry after eating a pigeon-sized chicken. On top of that it's not cheap and you get no food.Not ordering from here again

This location is a bit old and not as clean as it should be. Our table still has crumbs on it when we sat down and there were even some crumbs on the booth seat. The servers were friendly so that made the experience more pleasant. The lady at the front seemed pretty fake with her smile and really looked like she hated her job. Lol but she’s young so lots of learning to do there. Food was average with an improvement to the chalet sauce which was a nice surprise. The donut delight is DELIGHTFUL! Would highly recommend that!Dietary restrictions: Was able to accommodate our many allergies. But manager did not sound very confident and they did not have an allergen menu in store.

Our server was efficient and fast :) this place is good for families. very busy on the weekends for dinner so be prepared to wait at 6pm.the steamed veggies were almost raw! Barely edible. The ribs were not very meaty. The quarter chicken with honey glaze was a nice touch.Kid-friendliness: Have highchairs and is a spacious place
