OMG!!! The new trainee Indian girl was filling our drinks and she used her HAND to put the ice cubes in the drinks!!! I said what are you doing!!? And she didn’t even realize and the manager guy training her then showed her the metal scoop to use for the ice and he explained to her that you cannot use your hands to put the ice in the customer drinks! OMG I cannot believe it!!!!

i’d give this place 0/5 stars if i could!!

This Taco Bell is disgusting… the staff are extremely rude too. It’s honestly one of the worst-run locations I’ve ever experienced. The service is painfully slow, orders are almost always wrong, and the place looks like no one’s cleaned it since the early 2000s. It’s like stepping into a time warp where hygiene, organization, and basic customer service went to die.

We grabbed lunch, and the food was good as usual, but the sodas had mold. At the bottom of my Sprite cup, there were black particles of something. I threw it out. Waste of soda. You can tell the nozzles don't get cleaned. Please clean them.

Order 261, ordered at 1:33PM, 40 minutes ago. I'm missing my Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and simply just large fries and a drink. Value meal was fine.

Tried calling numerous times and no answer. Come on man, even the guy who gave me it to me looked at my order number and said ok.

Terrible, as the food was for someone else too.

Food was falling apart. Service poor. Apparently despite the taco bell website stating they give free refills on dine in. This store doesn't follow that and charges.

Their packaging and packing skills are poor. My husband is an Uber driver, and we frequently encounter issues with this store. They often use flimsy paper bags for heavy food that are on the verge of breaking, and they never provide cup holders for drinks, which consistently leak from the top. When I requested re-packaging and cup holders once, both requests were denied.
