The loud atmosphere of the mall doesn't reflect the wonderful service provided. The woman who took our order was friendly, funny, and patient with us while we decided on what to get... 4 fresh spring rolls. They tasted great, and I loved the peanut sauce that came with them. Super filling as well. Great job!

I was at the washroom saw this guy have on a t shirt with their logo walk straight out after he finished his business, without washing his hands, hygiene is definitely an issue, I don’t recommend this place

Old lady at cash was talking about company image, you have 2 star Google rating, what image you talking about, corporate should take this franchise back, this location truly humiliating Thai express

Came here a few times but each time there's more and more shrinkflation. Last time I ordered the pad see ew and they changed the containers to smaller round ones from the white rectangle and the food only filled HALF of the container! For $17?! And it was so wet like soup and way too sweet. I wanted to say something but I was afraid they might add some extra ingredients in the form of sneezes or other dirty things into my food. And the pay terminal asks for a tip! No way. Other food court places don't have the tip option. Hmm, now that I think of it maybe because I didn't tip that they took away half of my noodles. Never going back there again.

It's food court Thai, what can you expect? Flavors aren't going to be spot on, but it's usually hot and fresh

No wonder this place only has 2.5 stars.. ask for extra fork and they add 25cent to your bill.

I asked for an extra plastic fork and spoon and they refused and wanted to charge extra. Like are u for real lol

After walking around Markville mall for an hour or so, my gf got hungry and couldn't decide what to eat so we hiked over to the food court.

She decided to get a chicken pad thai from this spot. Frankly, I didn't have high expectations as the bar for Thai food has been set quite high by some of the authentic spots I've been to.

My gf told me there was a Thai Express on her campus back in her uni days that actually hooked her up with the chubbiest portions so it held some sentimental value.

I kept my expectations rather low in all fairness.

When she got her order and tried some, I was pleasantly surprised! Obviously it wasn't among the best we've had but I could definitely taste tamarind in the sauce (very important) and no ketchup. There was also a good amount of toppings and protein running through it and the overall portion was nice and big.

It was actually a fairly decent pad thai attempt!

Overpriced and zero flavour. Spend $46 for a veg fried rice and veg pad Thai and two drinks. Rice had zero flavour..pad Thai was better but def not worth the price we paid. Disappointed and will not return

Order a spicy Pad Thai beef here today, not sure if chef was sleeping or something, who make pad that with soup in it? I order pad that not PHO, I would give 0 star but there is no option. I understand it’s food court but if you name yourself Thai Express at least try to do better than this. Horrible food and will never return.
