Thai Express has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and every visit leaves me completely satisfied! Their food is always fresh and delicious, especially the Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup, with each bite bursting with authentic Thai flavors. Poor customer service. Please be more understanding when serving potential customers; my family and I were about to buy but came across an unpleasant situation - we actually enjoy Thai Express, however we won’t be returning to this location, unfortunately.

Don’t eat here. Ordered Tom Yum soup with beef and it was anything but yum. Broth tasted like water. Two tiny pieces of beef. Went back to complaining and was basically told “too bad this is how we make it”. I know it’s fast food so should have low expectations but this was beyond bad

Terrible pad Thai.. nothing but noodles and sprouts, no veggies, no peanuts (not even on the side).. $60 for two meals.. won’t be ordering again .. this was delivered, therefore I can only rate food quality and service in terms of delivery time etc...
