It was freezing today, and I couldn’t resist grabbing a cup of milk tea while shopping at TNT. I decided to try their signature brown sugar milk tea. turns out, the default option is iced, which wasn’t ideal for this weather.

The staff were super helpful, though. They offered to remake it as a medium hot drink and even refunded the price difference. But after a few sips, I realized it was still way too sweet for my taste.

The Alley at this location is definitely a solid spot for bubble tea! The decor is woody and cozy, with a cool, trendy vibe that makes it a great place to grab a drink and hang out.

The staff are generally friendly and efficient, though during peak hours, you may experience a slight wait. That said, they always seem to handle...

Lovely atmosphere, great drinks and excellent customer service. staff is kind and quick to give recommendations. the toppings are so good!!. I love that we can get large for some of my favorite drinks.
