The Noodle Bar Markham 老朱車仔麵

Pig rind is one of the most popular dish for this noodle, however 3/5 times I’ve ordered they are hard and no taste. I usually ordered in evening time, so I’m not sure if they ran out and just put in new ones or what. Just super disappointing that this keeps happening.

My friend recommended this joint during our recent ‘food trip’ to Toronto. And it didn’t disappoint.
Place is small and it gets busy, you order through bar code and food is good.
I got the Fish Mash Soup w/ Lettuce which brings back my childhood HK street food memories. I also enjoyed the create your own combo(fish skin, pig feet & intestine). Hubby got the House special Lo Mein which was flavorful.
Definitely would love to come back again on our next visit in Toronto!

TOO Sweet. If you are a diabetic, do not eat here. Everything is braised in sugar. Also, after the meal, you will feel like a thirsty beast.

The noodle soup tasted like dishwater, completely unappetizing. The lemon tea was bland and flavorless, barely resembling tea. Staff were rude and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. Avoid this place.

their noodles (broth and toppings of your choice) are super tasty. personalize your own noodles or get their house special. bold flavours and big portions. their milk tea is also delicious!

We went at tea time and ordered the 3 items special. Very tasty and pretty good deal at $10 per bowl. Between the 2 of us, we ordered fish skin, wings, intestines, red sausage. We also added a milk tea and a fish ball on side. The waitress was patiently explaining to us how to pick our noodles to get the best deal and placed the order for us. Given this fast paced environment, it's much appreciated.
As some other posters pointed out, it is a bit crammed in there.
