Picked up takeout from The Pho Restaurant tonight, ordering their vermicelli noodles with grilled lemongrass pork, beef, and chicken. The dish was a bit of a mixed bag—the beef, while lean, felt tough and lacked flavor. On the flip side, the pork and chicken were fatty and flavorful, which helped balance things out overall.

The takeout process was straightforward. I ordered online through their website and picked it up at the specified time, with payment handled...

The portion for the regular is extremely small/same price as other places for way less. (But also the XL portion is huge).

The meat cuts were also not very refined + overcooked. I would say the beef broth is okay but slightly more sour than other places I’ve been to. I got B9

Overall not bad but I probably won’t go again considering all the other pho places nearby.

Previously, my opinion of the restaurant was 4/5 stars but I think the quality of the food and portion of the pho has gone down. I ordered an XL but the amount of noodles were disappointing. The broth was decent but overall nothing extraordinary.
