I went to the Tiger Sugar yesterday at Kennedy and Hwy 7 E ,.First the store smell so bad like smoking inside .Second the staff ( Asian man) is so rude ,I order the large drink and ask him this is the Large size ,just confirming and he said “ can’t you see ,it is showing here”.Very bad customer service and I won’t come back again.
I think the owner or management change at this location . I was here before ,people were very nice.

I’ve seen many complaints about the older male staff member here, and unfortunately, I experienced it myself today. As a first-time customer, I asked a simple question about whether they had a brown sugar fresh milk drink—something that’s very common at other milk tea shops.
Instead of explaining politely, he went to the back, brought out their fresh milk bag, and said, “Why would you ask what we use?” Clearly, he misunderstood my question. I was asking about the type of drink, not the ingredients.
I ordered the Black Sugar Boba & Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. He then asked if I liked crema, even though the drink already comes with it. When I confirmed that I wanted pearls, he responded by asking if I “couldn’t read.”
If the drink name already includes both boba and cream mousse, there was no reason for the attitude or the unnecessary questions.
The service was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Customers, especially first-timers should feel comfortable asking questions. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business.

the employee, an older man, glared at us when we first walked in at 7:30pm and told us to hurry up when we were looking at the menu. he was extremely rude to us when we ordered, rolling his eyes, and was very passive aggressive. this place used to be so good. what happened :(

The service and staff at this location were extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time and money! If I ca give negative star I would!

We placed an order through their website on December 27, and the order was successfully processed and charged to my card. When we went to the store for pickup, the store was closed. We tried calling multiple times, but the phone number was not in service.

This week, we returned to the store to resolve the issue. We spent over 15 minutes explaining the situation to a staff member, who was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Despite seeing in the system that the store was closed on December 27 and that two orders were received with no drinks prepared or delivered, he insisted he don’t know what to do but contact another store.

After another 10 minutes of waiting with no action from him, with no apology, he proceeded to serve another customer who arrived after us. We eventually leave without any resolution, even though we were charged for two drinks that were never provided.

This level of service is unacceptable. Charging customers for orders that cannot be fulfilled and then treating them rudely while refusing to resolve the issue reflects very poorly on the business.

This location is the worst. The guy there is today is soo rude. Never going back. Made order on 27th and was charged on Snappy. Got there and store was not opened. That's fine when I went there to let them know issue got no apology but bad additude.

The lady was very helpful to fix my drink when it didn’t taste right. She’s very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service. She’s a small little Chinese lady. She deserves a raise!

The open sign was off, but the lights were on, so I went inside expecting service. The only person there was sitting off to the side, partially hidden, completely ignoring me while on her phone. I waited to see if she would acknowledge me, but she didn’t. When I finally asked if they were open, she glanced over with a lot of attitude and didn’t say a single word. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I decided to take our business to the Richmond Hill location instead, where they actually seem to care about their customers and their business.

The boba drinks taste so bad. The boba has been cooked for too long and sticked together, it was not chewy and the texture became like slime, we can’t even drink it.
The Richmond hill shop is much more better.

Tiger Sugar is hands down my favorite bubble tea spot! I’ve been here multiple times and the drinks are consistently top-notch. The brown sugar boba is always perfectly chewy, and the milk tea has just the right balance of sweetness and flavor.

Today, though, we felt like the sugar level was a bit lower than usual, even though we ordered regular sugar — it made the taste slightly different. Hopefully, it was just a one-off!

Overall, Tiger Sugar continues to be my go-to for bubble tea, and I really hope they open more locations in general because their quality and taste truly deserve more reach. Definitely a must-try for any bubble tea lover!

this place tastes like shit. spent almost 20$ on drinks that made me and my friend throw up. mochi has the texture of mucus.. so gross. would not recommend ever. the black tea with bursting lychee did not look like the picture at all.

If you are finding a decent bubble tea store, I would not recommend this place. I ordered brown sugar boba milk tea and there was nothing but milk. It was missing boba. The cashier was also unhelpful and had an attitude. He was also disrespectful to us. I would not recommended this place at all.👎👎👎👎👎👎

The service quality was extremely poor. The drink was too sweet. I said not to add ice, but the waiter simply ignored me.
