I had 2 drinks from here, Brown Sugar Boba and Strawberry Mochi. Both drinks did not taste good as compared to other locations. They don't cook the tapioca in the brown sugar because it seems they are too cheap to make 2 kinds of tapioca.

It’s better than once. I won’t patronize you again in the future.

Placed a pickup order on their website and upon arriving they were closed. They still charged my credit card, I came back the next day to complain and they were closed again..

Can you please update the opening hours? Everytime I arrived around 8 it's closed where is was shown to open until 10

The bubble tea at Tiger Sugar has a rich, creamy taste without being greasy, and the texture is super smooth. It feels really comfortable after drinking. Not only does it taste great, but it also perfectly matches my preferences. I think I’ll become a regular customer! Highly recommend it to fellow milk tea lovers!

The owner is very kind and helpful. Makes the drinks perfect every time! A regular here and it never disappoints. Best bubble tea in the GTA.

The pearls are not boiled and are soft or hard. I've been to the one at Commerce Gate before and it's delicious. When I arrived at Langham Place, I saw Tiger Suger and decided to help again. But I'm a little disappointed. Next time I'll buy from the one at Commerce Gate.

This is the best Tiger Sugar location! The drinks are great. Very generous with the toppings. My favourite is the cafe latte with cheese foam and boba.

Most importantly the owner and his staff are very friendly. Love our visits to this store. Only great things to say.

I had the perfect Tiger Pudding Latte from here yesterday afternoon, the service was great and he was very nice. Looking forward to going back soon.
