Boba is bad, cooked way too long, mushy not chewy at all
Staff was a bit impolite

Came here after dinner, its below average, there are better bubble tea place in the plaza

Tiger Sugar is hands down my favorite bubble tea spot! I’ve been here multiple times and the drinks are consistently top-notch. The brown sugar boba is always perfectly chewy, and the milk tea has just the right balance of sweetness and flavor.

Today, though, we felt like the sugar level was a bit lower than usual, even though we ordered regular sugar — it made the taste slightly different. Hopefully, it was just a one-off!

Overall, Tiger Sugar continues to be my go-to for bubble tea, and I really hope they open more locations in general because their quality and taste truly deserve more reach. Definitely a must-try for any bubble tea lover!

this place tastes like shit. spent almost 20$ on drinks that made me and my friend throw up. mochi has the texture of mucus.. so gross. would not recommend ever. the black tea with bursting lychee did not look like the picture at all.

If you are finding a decent bubble tea store, I would not recommend this place. I ordered brown sugar boba milk tea and there was nothing but milk. It was missing boba. The cashier was also unhelpful and had an attitude. He was also disrespectful to us. I would not recommended this place at all.👎👎👎👎👎👎

Walked in and the worker was sleeping. I said “hey” and no response. Never going back lol.

The service quality was extremely poor. The drink was too sweet. I said not to add ice, but the waiter simply ignored me.

Trash rude workers. Went in at 9pm to order a drink and they literally told me “last calls over”. Thought they must’ve closed at 9 but nope they close at 10pm.

The drinks there we so tasty. However, the workers have poor attitude. They speak so quietly and expect us to hear it. Whenever we don’t hear what they said, they become irritated.

We came last friday aug.15 in the afternoon and it was a guy who's there to take our orders..we ordered 3 kinds the mango sago, 2 brown sugar with milk and pearl..my daughter so excited and we all so excited to get our order coz we expected always that so good coz we order in this place always and many time..BUT we are so dismayed when we got our drinks or order it's all Milk only with ice no the flavor or brown or black sugar no syrup and everything and the mango sago no mango flavor and no pearls or sago..we are not so happy at all if only we can check before we left then we can return to that guy who served us..it's not good coz we pay and the service is so bad!!!

Bought black sugar boba pearl today and received milk with ice..no boba..no sugar..plain milk with ice! Saw it late when we already left! So disappointed..never buying here again!

Staff is nice, but the drink does not has any passion fruit in it at all for the passion fruit green tea drink. False adjustments compare to the picture on the poster

Worst location ever.

I ordered a cheese green tea with pearls, and I clearly told the cashier I wanted pearls. He acknowledged it, yet they still weren’t in my drink. On top of that, the green tea barely tastes like tea, and the cheese foam was practically non-existent.

If you’re looking for bubble tea, I’d avoid this place.
