Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was terrible and the staff were disrespectful. The lady at the counter was eating while serving customers, her mouth full and even food remains visible on her face. She could barely speak properly. None of the staff had name tags either, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional. This location needs serious improvement in hygiene, staff training, and customer service standards.
