Worst Tim Hortons in Markham. This location always has a line up of Atleast 10 cars. Drive an extra 5 mins to another Tim Hortons as you will spend atleast 30 minutes in this drive thru. Service is horrible and very slow. What's the point of waiting in line if you are going to give me the wrong order anyways. No proper sanitation as I don't see anyone washing their hands. Horrible business, need a new franchisee

Date & time of visit : 20th April 2024, 7:20pmThe crew is always the heart of any store, it absolutely depends on them how the place is maintained and functions.Seeing the drive thru busy with atleast 20 cars in que I choose to walk in , the most unfortunate thing that I observed is the sole reason of the crowded restaurant was the casual workers busy gossiping amongst each other and not being bothered about taking orders in store.During my visit, some other customer informed them of the messy washroom and the overfilled bins to which they just ignored and continued gossiping amongst each other again.Hope the management can straighten out the issue.

I was at drive thru for a coffee which was terrible at first place after waiting in drive thru for min 20 mins for my turn to place the order and then another 20 mins to reach the payment window.That being said I am a regular customer living in the neighborhood who visit the location everyday multiple times and everytime i pay the visit i am loosing my 30 mins atleast to get a small coffee which is sometimes coffee flavored hot water.Lastly i would encourage people to avoid this location since its not worth your time and money.Attached pictures are from drive thru lineup at 11:30pm est at markham rd and denisson location.

I buy Egg &sausage BELT,but I can’t see sausage. I am so sad with this. The service is awful.The food lost sausage is terrible not tasty what I think. Please check every well done then service to customers.

Horrible people, they didn’t take the right order dont ever come here. They told me to back into the line to buy another one but it took use over 30 minutes to get our food just for them to mess up our order and yell at us. They are also disorganized. They just threw the money into the cashier and the coffee just tastes like water. horrible food and people. They are all disrespectful.

Waited in line for ten minutes,supervisor on hand, new staff present,was called up to take my order, young man making mistakes understandable,instead of supervisor putting that staff down, proper training would be appropriate, keep the more experienced staff on rush hours and slow hours put new staff till they know the operation better, making faces or calling individual names doesn’t approve anything, good training is required. April 11/24 7:15 am

I went to order two steep teas with cream and milk, and instead I got two coffees and they tasted horrible, and when I asked for a remake they didnt do it and instead I rude answer back from the manager and staff and they werent nice at all extremly bad customer service.This is very bad there making a bad rep for all of tims Im a tims lover myself but this really ruined experience,hope this improoves.
