I can see some improvement in the staff, but the regular complaints, never get right order on the very first time. Always have to return it and get it RIGHT. Need a lot of improvement.
I asked the staff about her name, she’s Sukhvir. The reason I did that is because it’s rarely to see someone who is passionate about their job. Her attitude towards work makes me feel that this is going to be a good day

I just visited here. Simple question was asked when was steeped tea brewed and it was tough for them to answer it. Everyone over there was so rude when they are talking at the back they think we don’t know what they are talking about. If your owner will come are you going to be rude too if he ask the same question. Disgusting man if you cannot treat your guest properly then you don’t need to be a manager because she was the only one who gave that answer to employee at the back. I won’t recommend anyone to go there because it’s not the first time that happened with me every time I go I get the same service.
Visited recently, it was unbelievable experience. A girl I vividly remember Simran made fresh donuts for me, it was mouthwatering moment. Really really great experience. Must visit this location 🙏🏻
Lazy staff, ask to give a good survey, is it a joke? Service is slow, Coffee is only warm, foods not make properly. If possible, I will give negative, terrible management.
