Horrible service. I went drive through today morning around 7.30am and the lady in the drive through is very rude. She don’t know how to talk to customers properly. I don’t know why these Tim’s recruiting such cheap labour. Or they must teach them how much customer is important.

Honestly I don't like giving bad reviews, but this has to be addressed. I'm a regular mobile order customer which this location is close to where I live, and while I appreciate the convenience, I’ve had some frustrating experiences lately. It seems like a recurring issue that my orders are not ready when I arrive, even when I've placed them well in advance (10-15 minutes). This has happened with simple items like pastries, as well as coffee. I've noticed that the service seems slow because the staff appears to be managing orders from mobile, in-store, and the drive-thru all at once, which makes even the easiest tasks challenging. This has occurred on at least five separate occasions and makes the mobile ordering process less efficient than it should be.

Edit: visited this tiny place again, the service was great. They ran out of the donuts that my daughter wanted but the helper went and custom made one for her.

Disgraceful Experience – Over and Over Again

I honestly don’t know why I kept giving this Tim Hortons chance after chance. Maybe because it’s close to my house, but after today, I’m done. This was the last straw.

The service here is consistently appalling. The staff are disgustingly rude, and I’m not exaggerating. If you’re not part of their particular racial background, good luck getting basic decency. It feels like you’re being treated like an inconvenience from the moment you walk in.

I waited over eight minutes today. I was literally the only customer in line, and not a single staff member came to take my order. Three of them were behind the counter, clearly saw me, and completely ignored me. No explanation, no “be right with you,” nothing.

When someone finally does decide to serve you, they’re often talking over their shoulder in another language, barely paying attention. You have to repeat your order three or four times, and even then, it’s usually wrong. If it’s coffee? It’s either burned, bitter, or just completely off. I honestly can’t remember the last time they got it right.

The staff are unprofessional, disorganized, and seem to care less than zero about the customers standing in front of them. It’s an absolute joke.

I’m sick and tired of walking away from this place feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. There are plenty of Tim Hortons out there. This one is the worst.

Avoid it if you can.

Door dashed wedges from this location and goodness it was so bad. They werenot only cold but also some of them were undercooked and poorly seasoned. Either most of my wedges were too wide/ thick and undercooked or too thin and overcooked to the point that I was eating straight stick. I tried to finish it coz I don’t like to waste food but I genuinely feel like I lost more eating this batch of wedges than gained. I hated this experience ugh.

This Tim Hortons store that had a particularly disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like the employees were disorganized, leading to a frustrating wait for many customers. Additionally, I noticed several food safety issues, including spillage that was left uncleaned, which raised concerns about hygiene. The messiness of the staff only added to the chaos, as they struggled to complete orders efficiently. It was evident that more training was needed, especially since there was no manager present to oversee operations and help manage the situation.

Why would you serve stale donuts to your customers? I bought 6 donuts and they were all stale. They tried to cover the staleness by drowning the donuts in chocolate icing. I’m very disappointed with this location. I’ve been to other Timmy’s where the donuts are fresh. This location is next to the Esso and is a drive thru only which could explain the poor quality. I guess they don’t get a lot of customers so they sell the old donuts to who ever comes by …. Such a let down. Please do better!!!

I am writing this review specifically on the service I received from Jaswinder. She always has a smile. Very friendly and always gets my order correct. Other times when I visit this Tim Hortons, the other staff are not as conscientious as her. They don’t seem to care but I will always come back as long as Jaswinder is working there. Very pleasant. Excellent customer service!
