I am writing this review specifically on the service I received from Jaswinder. She always has a smile. Very friendly and always gets my order correct. Other times when I visit this Tim Hortons, the other staff are not as conscientious as her. They don’t seem to care but I will always come back as long as Jaswinder is working there. Very pleasant. Excellent customer service!

I can see some improvement in the staff, but the regular complaints, never get right order on the very first time. Always have to return it and get it RIGHT. Need a lot of improvement.

I asked the staff about her name, she’s Sukhvir. The reason I did that is because it’s rarely to see someone who is passionate about their job. Her attitude towards work makes me feel that this is going to be a good day
