I had an amazing time at the 14th Kennedy Road Tim Hortons. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond. Jessica Maken’s excellent service stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service .I intended to purchase 14 gift cards, but the staff member told me that I could only purchase a maximum of 5 cards per person. While I understand that there may be certain policies, there was no sign or notice indicating this restriction. This lack of transparency created confusion and inconvenience. In addition, the staff member who helped me was extremely impatient and had poor customer service skills. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer, which is disappointing for a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.Finally I had to go to another location and buy nine more.

I recently visited the drive-thru, where I was served by Arshpreet. It was an absolutely wonderful experience, and the level of customer service was truly exceptional. Arshpreet went above and beyond, making my visit unforgettable. Amazing service!

I went there several times with my wife and once I ordered black tea and they told me they do not sell it even though I just bought it last time. And luckily the other one corrected her. But then they refused to let me refill the hot water. Please let me know if it is NOT allowed to refill water to the tea cup.
Update: I find service is getting better here recently. I think the management must be doing something. Good job.

We had very friendly and courteous service from our drive-through cashier Kiva who also delivered pizzas to our car. The Spicy Rose and Simply Cheese pizzas were delicious after reheating in the oven at home for several minutes. This location works better as a drive-through than an in-store due to it's unfortunate location in the plaza: it fronts onto the back of the plaza and is a bit awkward to get into from your car. In any event it is very well hidden and could benefit from better signage. I still gave it five stars based on the drive-through experience and friendly customer service.

I was literally in the Tim Hortons for less than 10 mins and this was the friendliest Tim Hortons I've been too. Not only was it clean and had quick service, the employees were so kind, asking how I'm doing and saying good morning to anyone who walks in. And let's be honest, Tim Hortons employees don't have to do that, but these ones did and it made my morning!
