Had an unexpectedly wonderful walk-in dining experience at this Tim Hortons in Markham. Despite being busy, Nicole and Aliesa both immediately greeted us with Happy New Year, full eye contact, and genuine smiles — all while efficiently handling other orders. That kind of acknowledgment is rare and really made our day. When it was our turn to order, they continued to be friendly, patient, and professional. I drive through order small decaf double double. The guy on the other side said “ ok. large double double. “I said NO, SMALL DECAF double double. Then I paid using Tim card. The guy who order for me bring TWO coffee, small regular double double and medium decaf double double, said “that is what I ordered”. I said NO NO NO…. (After argue for a few minutes)The guy said “let me refund it. “ I tab my credit card and leave. It turn out I got second charge on the coffee.
