I drive through order small decaf double double. The guy on the other side said “ ok. large double double. “I said NO, SMALL DECAF double double. Then I paid using Tim card. The guy who order for me bring TWO coffee, small regular double double and medium decaf double double, said “that is what I ordered”. I said NO NO NO…. (After argue for a few minutes)The guy said “let me refund it. “ I tab my credit card and leave. It turn out I got second charge on the coffee.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service .I intended to purchase 14 gift cards, but the staff member told me that I could only purchase a maximum of 5 cards per person. While I understand that there may be certain policies, there was no sign or notice indicating this restriction. This lack of transparency created confusion and inconvenience. In addition, the staff member who helped me was extremely impatient and had poor customer service skills. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer, which is disappointing for a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.Finally I had to go to another location and buy nine more.
