Today the lady at the drive through who took my order was very nice and Professional. Once i got to the window to get my order, the lady who gave my order was equally welcoming and deserves 5 star . I spilled my coffee alittle and it was my fault but she insisted on changing it for me . Thank you and keep up the good work guys !
Drive thru experience only: Hands down the best Tim Hortons in town! They are quick with the drive-thru, gets my orders right every time, and the milk/sugar ratio are always perfect to my liking! I make an effort to stop by this particular one whenever possible.
This Tim Horton could be a very nice one if the ordering people have some service sense in mind. Spacious and nice decoration compared to other Tim’s. I won’t come again not because they’ve got no smiling no welcome. The girl shouted to the person behind me to place order in the line to rush me leave. And they don’t have decaf.
