I tried their cilantro lime chicken bowl today. I’m compelled to make this known to Tim Hortons that 1) it doesn’t look appealing the chicken is not shredded or ground but seems like chopped to mushy appearance and 2) rice was hard some parts perhaps undercooked but also broken rice. I eat a lot of rice and can tell it’s like rice that is day old in its sauce/gravy. They add some crispy bits on top but it’s not visible enough so you can’t help to think if it is not crispies...
Great for a stop on the way. Staff could maybe be a little more friendly, might be time to hire some new staff. Good place for something quick.

This is easily one of the best Tim Hortons in Markham. I’ve noticed how well the place is managed. I have even seen the management team holding meetings and checking in regularly, which you don’t often see at other locations. The service is quick, the staff are polite, and everything is kept clean and organized. You can tell they really care about running things properly here. Furthermore, they have strawberry donuts and timbits all year around which makes this place even...
