This Tim Hortons at 7015 Yonge Street is consistently great. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and my order is always accurate. The location is clean, well-organized, and easy to get in and out of. Coffee is fresh, food is well prepared, and the service makes the stop quick and pleasant every time. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area.

The coffee tasted horrible and the staff were rude when they were informed that the coffee didn't taste good - a small issue shouldn't of been such a big deal. The seating area was closed off and an elderly customer was observed standing and drinking a coffee - whatever happened to customer service?

It’s really not worth going there.
The wait for a simple cup of tea is far too long. And when you finally get it, the service doesn’t improve things.
The attitude you get from the staff is disappointing.
Overall, it just isn’t a good experience.
I went there for coffee triple triple and I didn’t receive even double double i am drinking every day triple triple and when I went back to staff instead of solving problem they are arguing ohh you drink extra sugar and arguing it’s triple triple there are Philippines ladies over there in evening. I never come again here.

I've been a customer of Tim Hortons for decades, and this store's drive-thru cashier is absolutely terrible. She overcharged you, gave you the wrong products, and wouldn't let you see what you received before rushing you to leave. Her tone made you feel like a fool.

I am. Customer about. 20 years. And spend mostly 100 $ in tim Horton every day for my company as well. Unfortunately now no any inspector or any management this location young and Steele’s morning shift they are excellent but afternoon. Staff Always. Mistaking For order or. When you in drive throw that speak so low can’t hear them not just once. All the time when I complain. Speak loud Thay said mic. Is broken. Anyway hopefully. Some one from times can read all comments and fix the problem

I went for brunch and asked them to give me my breakfast.
They told me they couldn’t prepare it for at least 10–20 minutes,
so I asked for a refund.
They said they won’t refund it because I ordered online.
I want my money back.
And when I request a refund online, they tell me to go to the store/branch.
