This is my best choice every morning when I go to school or work. The food is delicious and with the good prices, the staff is very friendly, they are all familiar with the combo I often eat. I don’t know how the experience of other people, some review saying the staff was rule but actually they are not, I was the customer here almost a year but they are always friendly and so nice. But especially 1 girl maybe she new I just saw her this new time, for the attitude still not same with other staff, like not to bad but she need more happier and welcome with customer. I always get like “Hi, Hello dear or some thing greeting nicely” but I didn’t get it from her all the time.And with other staff they are so good and lovely. Highly recommend this location ❤️

I observed that Rean did not wash her hands after cleaning the shelf with a towel and directly started serving, which is a hygiene concern. Additionally, she was raising her voice quite a lot, which can affect the workplace environment. The wrap they served was very cold.completely wastage of money.

Last Friday morning, I ordered a coffee and finished paying. The person behind me received their coffee, but mine didn’t come out, so I asked the cashier. She responded bluntly, saying it was in the tank. Then, she and the other staff started laughing and talking in their own language, clearly making fun of me. The employees all seemed to be Filipino. Even if I couldn’t understand the words, I could easily sense it from the atmosphere. The cashier should have politely explained that I needed to wait while they made a new coffee. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This is the only Tim Horton's resturant that gets my order right 100% of the time. The drive thru is always quick. The food always tastes as it should. Every staff member is very pleasent. I wish all Tim Horton's could be to the same level of quality of this location.
