I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered an iced coffee, but it looked and tasted like watered-down mud—completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, the staff member, an Indian lady, was incredibly rude and even started yelling at me instead of addressing the issue politely.
This level of unprofessionalism and poor product quality is disappointing. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they seriously improve their customer service and the quality of their drinks.
