This tim hortons has always been a core childhood memory for me. During high school it was the best place to go after school as it offered quality food and a friendly environment to rest in. Cheers to the workers there who tirelessly work for tim hortons

I came in rather late, yet, even near the end of their shifts, Jasmine and Navdeep upheld the highest of service standards. I was greeted with a smile and engaged with throughout my whole visit, which is quite refreshing in the current food service landscape. The place was clean, food came hot and fast (without the quality being sacrificed). The only qualm I have about this Tims is the no drive through, but my experience alone made up for that. Overall, phenomenal service and staff.
Food was awesome as always. Mr Johri did an awesome job. He went out of his way for providing an outstanding.

My order was very wrong yesterday when I came in. The person making the food did not follow what was on the order and left things missing and did not give extra lettuce. When I initially looked at it I saw once price of lettuce and there was supper to be more. I went and noticed the person she added extra lettuce but when she came back she was kinda laughing/smiling saying the person making the food was confused. When I went to go eat it there was no tomato. Very frustrating when you pay for extra toppings and don’t get them. They are not cheep especially for the quality they give. I left my number for the general manager to call me as this is not the first time something has been missing. The manager did not call me back at all. The staff member told me today she gave the manager my information. Clearly seen that this location does not have costumer service and does not care to follow up with customers. It’s very sad to see how management deals with issues and complaints. The person working apologized and gave me order free to make up for yesterday. Clearly can tell that management does not care about how costumers feel or there money they spend here as they do not follow up.
