Today I ordered a bbq chicken bowl along with a donut and a drink. The main concern being the bbq bowl. I got it and first saw some oil stain on several spots of the bowl, no problem. Then I opened the bowl and saw bbq sauce spilled all over, it was all over my rice, salad and my chicken. And when I say all over, I mean ALL OVER. On top of that, I didn’t even get any of the sauce I was SUPPOSED to get.
More: I asked for a blt and said I wanted it on an everything bagel but these undertrained employees charged and made me a blt as a sandwich and gave me my everything bagel separately. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed something up. I have to say I’m not impressed with their work!

Very slow service and the washrooms are always filthy. The toilet seats have been always been disgusting the last 6-8 times. I shouldn't have to wait 15 min after i place a mobile order for a sandwich and pizza. I've been to this location and several times there hasn't been any soap. I've told the staff on the mornings regarding the soap and gone back later in the day and still no soap....kinda gross. I don't think I'll be back to this location and can't wait for the St John's Tims to be done renovated.

If management can't get to figure out how to get deliveries done even remotely close to their due time, why do they have a job? This is so simple. Get the delivery, do the delivery and hurry up about it. This is a time-based industry and these people are absolutely incompetent
