If management can't get to figure out how to get deliveries done even remotely close to their due time, why do they have a job? This is so simple. Get the delivery, do the delivery and hurry up about it. This is a time-based industry and these people are absolutely incompetent

I went to Tim Hortons and ordered a few items, including a double-toasted bagel. The first bagel I received wasn’t even toasted. I realized this as soon as I got to my car and was about to take my first bite. I went back and politely asked for a new one, but this time, they gave me a burnt bagel. On top of that, there was barely any butter, even though I asked for extra. The girl working there seemed annoyed when I initially asked for a replacement. At that point, I didn’t bother going back again because it felt pointless. Tim Hortons, are you running a Mickey Mouse operation? It feels like you’re cheating your customers by not delivering what they’re paying for.
I visited this location in the morning and staff is very helpful, thank you Lea. Made my day neiborghood really need this Tim
