Tim Hortons has really lost its touch. I’ve had multiple experiences at this location where staff continuously speak in Tamil, even when there are customers present. My best friend is Tamil, so I’m familiar with the language, and I’ve noticed this behavior multiple times. Just the other day, Dillini took my order while Sandhya, or someone with a similar name, made drinks. While I was still placing my order, they started discussing it in Tamil, even though I had a question and was standing right there. It felt incredibly rude.

This isn’t an isolated incident either. Every time I visit in the morning, I hear staff speaking Tamil amongst themselves, and when I asked one of the servers if she understood them, she admitted she didn’t. So, she's expected to work with people who are clearly making her feel uncomfortable by speaking in a language she doesn’t understand. It’s a bad atmosphere, and honestly, I don’t feel welcome when I’m there.

At this point, I won’t be returning to this location, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone. Tim Hortons just isn’t the same anymore.

Also not to forget, the Manager(Simran) is always speaking in punjabi so none of them wants to speak English? Cause clearly if they do they should put it into practice as this is Canada( an English speaking country)

The coffee was bad in this location.

Loaded wraps are NOT loaded. It's about the same size as the regular chicken wrap.

The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been coming here regularly because it’s the closest Tim Hortons to my workplace, but every visit ends in disappointment. It's been a while since I’ve raised my concerns, so I think it’s time to point out a few key issues.

As a fast food chain, employees are required to wear hairnets while preparing food and drinks, which they do. However, the manager and the general manager, Shubhangi, consistently neglect to wear hairnets. They’re often the ones serving at the front and at the food bar, which raises the question: what's the point of enforcing the rule on everyone else if the management doesn't follow it? Do they not realize how unsanitary it is to not wear a hairnet when handling food and drinks? It’s incredibly unhygienic, and I fail to see how it’s acceptable for hair to possibly fall into the food or drinks being served.

A few weeks ago, I was sitting in the corner when an auditor or someone from upper management was there—perhaps an investigation was underway. They discovered a hair in the sugar, which, frankly, was inevitable. Given that the manager and general manager don’t wear hairnets, it’s no surprise that they found a hair in the sugar. This is just unacceptable.

Tim Horton can always work on improving their cleanliness of stores. I wish they change the handwashing soap type they are using since it smells horrible. Please Tim Hortons and thanks.

In the past few months, the hash browns have been terrible. They taste like leftovers and fried in old cooking oil. They used to be so much better before!

I stopped by this Tim Hortons around 6:30 pm on my way home from work to grab a hot chocolate, and what a delightful experience it turned out to be! The service and atmosphere at this location were exceptional, and full credit goes to the amazing team working there, particularly Muskaan, Vaishali, and Aman.

These three ladies brought such a warm and positive vibe to the restaurant. They had everything perfectly managed, and their attention to detail and dedication to customer service were top-notch. From their friendly smiles to their efficient service, they truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed.

My 20-30 minute stop turned into a refreshing and uplifting break from my day, thanks to the wonderful atmosphere they created. It’s rare to find such a well-organized and customer-focused team, and these three deserve all the appreciation for their hard work and positive energy.

Highly recommend this Tim Hortons for not just great food and drinks but also for an unforgettable experience! Thank you, Muskaan, Vaishali, and Aman, for making my day! 😊

Always fast and the food doesn't take too long like other Tim Hortons and not too crowded after 5pm. Poonam, Gagam is always friendly. Good service overall

This location has the most donuts compared to surrounding locations. That said Tim Horton donuts are crap compared to when they made it in the stores. Also selection of donuts is hit and miss. The addition of other food items has taken away from donut selection.

I arrived at this Tim Hortons about 15 minutes ago and witnessed a man cut to the front of the line. Despite seeing this, the staff chose to serve him over the rest of the waiting customers. With only two employees on shift, service was incredibly slow, and there was no sense of urgency or consideration for the customers. One staff member seemed to be taking her time while I stood there waiting, unable to even place an order. This location fails to meet the standard of a fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
