I have been going to this location for almost 2 years now and every Saturday before work we go to drive thru. There is a person who is taking orders since last two weekends , and I have seen him on counter over the weekends too, and I believe he is not new for sure. You really need to teach him how to take orders.. with no accent in world you can hear everything bagel , when a person said medium regular coffee and we clearly mentioned our food order and it was wrong, it was probably punched wrong, as person taking the order was in a hurry and on top of that the way food was prepared , what should I say …beyond excellence. I will attach the picture for your reference. And it’s second weekend this has happened. I believe you need to teach your staff that they have to listen to the order first and not be in a rush and then for the girl preparing the food orders today morning really needs more training.Never in 2 years, I had this experience at this location. Horrible customer service . Please ask the girl preparing the food on the counter at around 5.45 am, is that’s how she would want her food to look like???? And please note, I am editing my five star review for this place from earlier and I wanted to give no star however, google does not allow me the same.

Whenever I have ordered through drive through these staff members are always in a hurry and not making the food right and never gives out the receipts plus even sometimes my order is not completed they are just trying to get rid of me andni was like hello my order is not complete plus they give out the worse burned out potato wedges never fresh but burned And they never place slevees on a cup epically asked sonmany times. No idea why are they in such a hurry for ?
