Very disappointing experience, ordered a chicken wrap, potato wedges, biscoff donut, and ice coffee through mobile. Was told they didn’t have wedges or the donut, that’s fine. I got a refund for the items, (not including the extra sauce for the wedges I ordered but whatever it’s 1 dollar). Left with the wrap and the coffee, to find out that the wrap wasn’t grilled… the employees were talking to a friend and it seemed just like they were just trying to rush me out as fast as possible. I’m a manager at a fast food location so I understand not having the products in stock at all times, but at least get the part of the order that is available right still. Also the coffee was pretty bad too :/

This is the top location on Markham Road and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years. There have been past issues (3-4 times) but upon making contact, they have been accommodating with a solution. Today my Latte was made perfectly and given to me at the drive-thru by an Asian lady with tattoo(s) on her arms. Thank you for making my Latte well, it is so important to those of us who really value our drinks, especially when they are well made!

The service provided at this location is not at all satisfactory. I’ve to leave the place being disappointed since they don’t have half of the items on the menu. Drinks are not up to the cup size ordered. Sometimes, I’ve been overcharged. Missing items. Cheating customers is never a win win situation for any business. They really need to level up their employees and give proper attention to the customers. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Achieving excellence in the food industry is one of the hardest things to do, because clients wants and needs are different. I have to give a big credit to this locations, as indeed they are exceptional. The staff are super efficient, always smiles , and the service is one of the best that I have seen throughout entire Tim Horton chain. Yes, throughout indeed. The coffee is always fresh, the service is amazing to a point we're some staff members have the ability to remember your voice and your order as well. Indeed the coffee, and the food are always fresh, and made with love as they say. The manager Tanya leads the staff with such a positive vibe it's addictive.
I am very impressed with her management and people skills. I wish the remaining location have her management skills. I am very impressed with this location, as they truly stand out from all aspects of the industry.
Guys! I truly cannot thank you enough for always starting my day on such positive vibes.

This used to be the best location at night, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I initially thought the issue might be with the specific drink I ordered (Blackberry Yuzu Sparkling Quencher) so I tried a different one (Pineapple Dragonfruit Quencher). Unfortunately, it was also very watered down. Both drinks tasted more like lightly flavoured water, with fizz that seemed to come from a bottle left open for a week. It was not good at all.
I did try ordering the blackberry a few times, thinking maybe it was a specific employee error… but it isn’t. I’m assuming they’re diluting everything to save on cost. I go to the location near major mac now (attached to the Wendy’s)… they’re not the best, but better than here.

This place is a complete crap-shoot. Ask for a ice coffee, regular sugar... get none. Ask for a coffee, no sugar... get 4. Sometimes they'll get really fancy and give you a tea instead.
Definitely the place for you, if you're indifferent about getting what you ordered.
