I went to this tim hortons this morning the store's environment was so good. Store manager Zain provided me really a good customer service and staff was looking so happy and they were very friendly.

Parking lot sign have simplified Chinese word write so big, very helpful for people who need find parking. Really appreciate they think about customer need this way.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this place. Every single time I’ve ordered, they’ve messed it up. I ask for coffee, they give me tea — it’s never right. This isn’t just a one-time mistake, it’s a repeated issue that shows a serious lack of attention and care. The service is frankly pathetic and needs major improvement. If you can’t get a simple coffee order right, how can customers trust anything else on the menu?

I visited this location regularly. This morning I was with 2 of my friends having breakfast and coffee there. We were very disturbed because the cleaning lady came around mopped the floor around us. The smell of cleaning detergent was not pleasant at all while we were eating. After that the lady even came to our table to clean the table while we were still having our coffees. We found it very disturbing, hopefully the management staffs will do something to improve the situation.
