When I bought a donut, it accidentally fell on the floor. I asked Terry for a replacement, but he refused. I had already paid, yet I declined to take the donut that had fallen and returned it. I didn’t see how he handled it afterward. I hope the store takes hygiene and customer service seriously — and that the next customer gets lucky.
