Every time I visit this Tim Hortons, Nivetha and the entire crew go above and beyond! Nivetha is unbelievably speedy with getting my order ready, it’s like she has superpowers. The whole team is always so kind, smiling, and genuinely friendly, which makes every visit such a bright spot in my day.
One time, I accidentally drove off without my bagel, and a staff member literally ran after my car to make sure I got it. That’s true dedication and care for customers! It’s rare to find a place where the service is this fast, this warm, and this consistent. Huge thank you to Nivetha and the team for making my mornings better every single time!
