Had a disappointing experience at this location today. One of the cashier was rude, and the coffee tasted very watery—more like coffee-flavoured water than an actual cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations this time.

I usually have a great experience at this Tim Hortons — the food is the same reliable Tim quality, and most of the staff are friendly and polite. But there is one middle-aged lady at the drive thru window who always looks like every customer personally ruined her day. I said “thank you” three times and got the same expressionless stare each time.
I’m not asking for much, just basic courtesy please. Everyone else here can do it. Maybe reconsider who’s working at this counter, because being treated like an inconvenience really ruins the visit.

They used regular hot coffee to make iced coffee, when they hand me the ice coffee there is no ice in it anymore. The coffee is diluted like water. And they changed iced coffee price.

I believe customer service should be one of the company’s top priorities, and I hope this can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Customer service does not live here lol… drive thru greeting is “ hi “ or “ what do you want “ in a very unenthusiastic way… I always have to repeat my order several times and anytime I’m inside the store it’s dirty 🤮 over-flowing garbages , dirty tables and I won’t even mention the washrooms…
