Anika has a great customer skills. She is brilliant . I ordered a tea latte and there was a other girl who just gave me double double & then Anika came & made my order correctly and apologized.even she has no mistake. I am so happy with her . She speaks politely and she has a perfect way to deal with customer. I always want my coffee from her only . I want customer service like her at every tim Hortons .

Asked for a dark roast, coffee was pathetic, it seems the machines are not clean. There is a bad smell. Also asked for white hot chocolate instead was given regular hot chocolate. this has repeated a few times already.

Extremely slow service inside. 8 people in line and only a single staff person serving. Someone orders french vanilla and they have to walk behind to drive through area, someone orders decaf and they have to go around the back to drive through area again. Long story short 10 mins in line for a quick service restaurant is too slow. Your staff could be deployed differently when you have a line in the lobby extending our the door!

I ordered a few items (soup, potatoe wedges, Tim bits) and spent a little over $17. I asked for a bag to carry the items I bought. First they said they didn’t have any bags. I pointed out the large paper bags they use for Uber eats. I was told they weren’t allowed to give me a large paper bag. They said the policy said they could only sell me a reusable bag with the Tim Hortons logo on it.
I think it’s ridiculous that the staff aren’t allowed to give customers with a large order something as simple as one paper bag. It doesn’t make sense that they give out cutlery & butter with the soup & bun, ketchup with the potatoes wedges, napkins, etc…but company policy draws the line at a paper bag? When all the food I ordered already comes in little paper bags anyways? It’s clear that someone decided on this “no giving paper bags to customers” rule because they want customers to buy the reusable bag but that’s horrible customer service. In Canada, Tim Hortons had over $9.5 billion in gross sales in 2023, making it the top restaurant chain in the country for that year…and they’re trying to squeeze even more money out of customers over a paper bag? Pathetic.

Got a pizza, Boston cream, raspberry muffin and hot chocolate. The pizza and Boston cream were great. The muffins was alright not bad. The hit chocolate was mediocre at best. Something was wrong with it.
I went in the drive thru, it was quick especially since they made a pizza.
The service was okay to bad. The person on the mic wasn’t versed in customer service but was niceish and a little slow. He needs to be taught by management better.

Tea seems like hot water only, guy working overnight did not mix it in spite of the fact that I was the only one in the drive thru.

I just bought a blue berry muffin from this outlet n it seems that this outlet is reheating the muffins ina microwave. The outside of the muffin was hot n the inside was cold, if it was sold fresh this wouldn’t b the case..what ever happened to selling freshly baked products?
