I have been going to this Tim Hortons for two years, and unfortunately, I haven’t had a single positive experience with the cashiers. They consistently come across as stern and unfriendly. I believe customer service should be one of the company’s top priorities, and I hope this can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Anika has a great customer skills. She is brilliant . I ordered a tea latte and there was a other girl who just gave me double double & then Anika came & made my order correctly and apologized.even she has no mistake. I am so happy with her . She speaks politely and she has a perfect way to deal with customer. I always want my coffee from her only . I want customer service like her at every tim Hortons .
