Hello owner can you check out what the heck went wrong here? Today Nov 29 approx 9:45-10 went to the drive through here, came out and found my medium coffee like this. Did they just run out of dark roast and figured this is ok? This is crazy....

I occasionally stop here in the morning when it's busy and I really have to commend the staff on their efficiency. Easily one of the fastest drivethrus I've ever been to! Even with a long line of cars, I'm rarely there for more than 2-3 min. Keep it up!

I would like to appreciate the staff here for being quick and helpful even when it is really busy. Ofcourse it gets a little slow during peak hours but i have not faced an issue with incorrect orders and i usually visit in the lunch time.

I been going to this location for the past year and have been noticing the tone in some of the older workers, who do not understand how sometimes the way they speak to customers could come off as being rude. As I have not really cared so much about it in the past, today made me feel like i had to call them out. I noticed a back up in the drive thru so I went inside to order and a New hire was being "trained". The girl that was being trained took my order and I requested no cheese in my breakfast wrap and asked her to make it combo with a coffee and hash brown. The girl told me there is no cheese in the wrap, I understood she was a trainee and told her please double check because I know there is cheese in the wrap because I order it often. As soon as the girl turned to ask the 2 ladies making the wraps and and sandwiches if there was cheese, the lady in a very rude tone, did not even listen to her question, told her "do not disturb me go ask him" and pointed to a guy in completely different station. And i can hear the 2 ladies, who speak the same language as me, were talking about the new girl, saying " I cant keep helping her, she asks for much questions, she annoying" in Tamil so the girl will not understand. Later when the lady that made the wrap handed me the wrap, i told her i saw u put cheese in there and i said no cheese, than the lady, turned to the girl and began yelling at her saying why " didn't you tell me" and I interfered and told her the girl tried to come ask you because she did not know and you told her to not disturb you and to go away so loud that even i heard over the counter. Then the lady remade my wrap and i asked her where is my coffee and hash, to which she rudely responds, "sir u were not charged for it" and the other lady in the back says in Tamil to her " this boy does not know what he ordered check the system". I told her "you weren't even the one that took my order, how would you know, go check the system" and later she finds out she was wrong after me waiting almost 15 to minutes, the lady then directed her frustration to the new trainee that she told not to disturb her when she came to ask the question. She later told me the combo does not come with hashbrown.... FOR YEARS i been getting tim hortons breakfast combos, and i was ALWAYS got a hashbrown with the COMBO, i did not have any more time to waste at this location so i took the coffee and wrap and left 1000% dissatisfied. This location should retrain all their older staff before they train the new ones, because they clearly do not know how to communicate, they are rude to their own staff as well as customers and once they are wrong and get called out, they start making new rules about things not being included in a combo after i have paid money. As i mentioned, i have been going to this location for an year, but going forward i will be going to the one on the next next block, would not spend a penny at this location any more. RETRAINING IS 100% REQURIED.

First time here. They give me a cold harsh brown in the morning. Then microwave it when I bring the issue up. SO FUNNY, they don’t even know how to cook their harsh brown or they don’t have oven or oil fryer.
