Again May 30 received a bagel with very little cream cheese. Called the store and the female manager apologized and said next visit no charge . I today i ordered My everything bagel with Cream cheese and a coffee got to the window assuming I’d only have to pay for the coffee and they charged me for the cream cheese. Can you believe it? My order cost me $4.80 a coffee is $1.90 the balance was for the cream cheese. And it was the male manager I was dealing with. He said I had to pay for the cream cheese. Are you telling me a skim of cream cheese cost me $2.90 I called bullshit on this location I Will NEVER Frequent this place again!!!!THE MALE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE !!!!!!!!

Ordered ahead of time on the app and they still couldn’t get my order to me within a 30 minute time span…Had a train to catch so we had to leave early without our food and drinks. There were about 20 people behind the counter making so much noise but nothing is happening…crazy

I just ordered a wrap, ice capp and bagel this morning. I was waiting for long time until I asked the staff started to make my order. She messed up my bagel with someone else and she made me an ice coffee instead ice capp. Finally I got everything and back to car. I wasted my ice capp it was just not right, super weird tasting. I threw my ice capp and that was a super super bad experience!!

I ordered a large iced coffee but got a medium. The donut was stale, and the frosting stuck to the bag. The workers were just talking in the back and didn’t seem to care about the orders. Really disappointing experience.

Almost usually they don't accept credit or debit, after spending 10 minutes in drive thru you get to know that, the rude manager said they can't put an announcement outside it's the Tim Hortons policy. What a joke!

There are homeless vagrants here that take up whole tables for prolonged periods, neglect decorum and spoil the environment by not wearing shoes, giving off foul odour, cursing loudly and sleeping. Why is a loitering limit not enforced here unlike other establishments?
