I come here biweekly to hangout with my friends and tim hortons does not disappoint. They make the food really quickly. I love their app as it is very easy to use and you get a lot of free rewards. I get bagels, creamy chills, and potato wedges as I believe they taste pretty good.Vegetarian options: They have a ton of vegetarian options and one of their best dishes is the potato wedges. I also like the vegetarian farmers wrap.

Was waiting to place an order for more than 10 minutes even though there was no lineup. The store was full of staffs but busy chit chatting. Nobody was willing to serve the customer. I called one of the staff to place an order and she said to go to a different counter and wait and when I did, still nobody took my order. I called again many times and a staff unwillingly came to take my order. Finally got my order with extremely poor service. Please check your camera from 7:15 pm to 7:26pm on 7/4/2024.
This Tim Hortons has to be one of the best managed locations. Their front-line staff are friendly and knowledgeable when issues arise with their ordering system and the Tim Hortons app. Martin is able to resolve issues with the app order. One gentleman who is probably the supervisor is also knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He is quick to respond to customer issues and appears to be supportive of his team.

I always come around 3:30 and the croissant are never ready in the weekend.Week days are ok but the weekend girls spend their time talking instead of working.How can a timhorton not have croissant ready at 3:30?
I met my friend here late in the afternoon. Everything was still very fresh. The staff were efficient and polite.Dining room while cozy was dirty. We had to search for a clean table.
